The Role 岗位职责： 1. Monitor and maintain adequate par levels of all housekeeping supplies, including guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, and operational items. 监控并维护客房部所有物品的库存标准，包括客用品、清洁剂及运营物品。 2. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking. 定期进行库存检查，确保库存准确，防止短缺或积压。 3. Coordinate with suppliers and the Procurement department for timely replenishment of items. 与供应商及采购部协调，确保物品及时补货。 4. Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes. 根据采购订单和送货单，接收、检查并核对所有到货物品。 5. Issue supplies to housekeeping team members as per requests, ensuring proper documentation. 根据需求向客房部员工发放物品，并确保记录完整。 6. Maintain a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to minimize waste and expiry. 采用先进先出原则，减少浪费和过期。 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock movements in the system. 在系统中维护所有库存流动的准确记录。 8. 【岗位职责】 1、各类冷荤的烹调制作,根据卫生标准严格操作安全生产,保证食品的质量。 2、严格遵守每个工作流程,妥善保管各种冷荤原材料,合理用料，降低消耗成本。 3、负责对专用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作,同时也要保持冰柜、烤箱等清洁卫生。 4、检查每日餐后的原料消耗,及时申购、补充。 5、配合食品检验部抽查菜品及留样品种并进行化验，确保宾客食品的安全。 【岗位要求】 1、为人正直，有责任心。 2、有1年以上厨房冷菜工作经验 3、身体健康，能吃苦耐劳。

Knowledgeable on all food and beverage menus of the restaurant including buffet. 熟悉所有餐厅的菜单及酒水单，包括自助餐。 7. Takes accurate orders for all guests according to the given standard and practices suggestive selling to boost restaurant sales and checks the status of all orders and ensures that they are delivered within designated timelines. 根据既定标准为客人准确的点单，练习进阶销售来增加餐厅收入，检查所有点单的状态，确保所有点单都按时上菜。 9.
