1.核实所有从前台、餐厅及其他消费点转入的应收帐是否有附件并有效。 2.确保正确处理信用卡交易手续费和熟悉关于信用卡使用的规章制度，同时熟悉送发帐单及相关信贷政策。 3.分批清查处理信用卡单据，调整挂帐并提交银行入帐。 4.确保信用卡手续费及佣金的处理符合已签署协议。 5.确保所有挂帐仅限于已被总经理和财务总监事前批准的公司。 6.确保挂帐收回的付款与总出纳日报表上反映的一致。 7.对所有预付押金进行控制并管理好相应附件，及时将已消费挂帐反映到押金余额上。 8.在客人退房或宴会活动结束后及时将帐单整理出来，并立即发出对帐单和催款函。 9.采用发出帐单、发票、打电话或者上门拜访等方式以加速应收帐款的回收。 10.确保及时支付旅行社佣金。 11.迅速回答客人和其他部门的咨询。 12.准备会计日记帐的录入并在需要时进行帐务调整。 13.每月定期进行应收帐与总帐之间的核对相符。
