Together, we Make the Place.   THE TEAM You will join the Food & Beverage Division, a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for all dining, beverage and event operations across the hotel. Reporting directly to Hotel Manager, you will lead a broad team including Assistant Directors, Director of Restaurant Operations, Director of Bar, Director of Event Operations, Outlet Managers, F&B Sales Manager and all Food & Beverage associates. Together, this team delivers exceptional guest experiences and ensures the commercial success of every outlet and event.   YOUR ROLE As Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage, you will act as the division’s business leader and marketing strategist. You will oversee the performance, profitability, and service excellence of all F&B outlets and events, ensuring that each aligns with Rosewood’s brand standards and contributes to the hotel’s overall success. You will also assume operational leadership of the hotel in the absence of the Managing Director and Hotel Manager. In this influential role, you will collaborate closely with culinary teams, department heads, and executive committee members to elevate guest experiences and drive continuous improvement.
