岗位职责 1.完成酒店促销活动，完成团队和散客销售目标。 2.完成分配的销售计划目标。 3.拜访、挖掘新的客户，收集客户资料。 4.在部门年度预算内，推行销售计划。 5.保存以前、现在有潜力客户的资料。 6.制定临时时间表，记录上月的销售活动,收集每天的销售拜访记录并存档。 岗位要求 1、要求女性 年龄20岁-32岁学历要求：大专以上教育程度及相关专业 。 2、外语水平：英文或其它外语表达流利 。 3、工作经验：1年以上酒店的相关工作经验 , 了解市场 。 4、基本素质：具有良好形象，工作积极主动 ； 良好的书写 、 出众的口才和沟通技能 及 与重要跨国公司有良好的关系 。

岗位要求 1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验。 2.从事前厅服务优先，电脑操作。 3.仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。

【岗位职责】 1、随时为客人提供准确、快捷、礼貌的服务，必须在电话铃声三声之内接起电话。 2、掌握客房状况和预订状况，以及向订房单位或个人索取必要的预定资料,确保电脑中的预定信息齐全。 3、处理传真和电话预定，准确在电脑系统中输入房间预定，并在当天及时回复和确认。 【岗位要求】 1、高中学历或同等文化程度。具有1年以上从事酒店工作经历。 2、熟悉电脑操作。 3、具有良好的中英文表达能力。

【岗位职责】 1、负责员工日常招聘工作，建立用工渠道及人才储备库。 2、负责办理普通员工的入职、离职手续, 及人事变动的审核工作。 3、合理调配酒店的人力资源，并提出有效的建议和意见。 4、负责各部门人员编制的审核工作。 5、负责员工人事档案的管理, 及对外公文之草拟和处理。 6、协助建立酒店人事管理相关制度、员工保险 及福利方面的政策。 7、负责各种人事政策的具体实施及检查工作。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。 2、熟悉员工的有关法规和条例；掌握教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论。 3、熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。 4、了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。 5、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。 6、 具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。

岗位职责 1、健全各种问讯资料，为客人办理入住和退房手续。 2、掌握客房预订情况，向部门经理报告重要团体和客人的订房情况，检查VIP通知单的发送情况，负责VIP接待工作的落实。 3、处理前台工作中的差错，处理宾客有关投诉。 4、负责前台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作，及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作。 5、检查每日的报表是否有误，并及时纠正。 6、建立体质良好的宾客关系，努力增加客房销售。 岗位要求 1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。熟练操作opera系统。 2、有良好的团队领导精神及执行力。工作认真负责，作风正派。 3、熟练掌握前厅部工作的各个环节和程序。 4、身体健康，品貌端正，气质高雅。 5、掌握酒店管理基础知识，善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。

岗位职责 1.在西厨厨师长的领导下，按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量。 2.按西厨厨师长厨分工，完成大型宴会、酒会的菜品制作任务。 岗位要求 1.专科以上文化程度，或相关专业毕业。 2.熟悉饮食的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。 3.5年以上同星级同岗位工作经验 4.能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作，并有相应的技术等级。 5.一定的文字语言表达能力。 6.工作有责任心，做事认真负责。
