    To be responsible for short and long term planning as well as day-to-day operations of the Whatever/Whenever Department and related areas.  To recommend budget amounts and manage expenses within approved constraints.  Major areas of responsibility/management include: Welcome, Whatever/Whenever, Style, Away Spa and FIT.
