1、Take full charge of daily operations of the hotel kitchen, develop menus and dish standards to ensure consistent quality and taste of food.
全面负责酒店厨房的日常运营管理,制定菜单及菜品标准,确保出品质量与口感稳定。
2、Coordinate ingredient procurement plans and inventory management, strictly control costs and optimize ingredient utilization.
统筹食材采购计划与库存管理,严格把控成本,优化食材利用率。
3、Lead the kitchen team, manage scheduling, training and performance evaluation to enhance the team's professional skills and collaboration efficiency.
领导厨房团队,负责排班、培训及绩效评估,提升团队专业技能与协作效率。
4、Innovate and develop new dishes, adjust menus according to seasons and market trends to meet diverse guest needs.
创新研发新菜品,结合时令与市场趋势调整菜单,满足宾客多样化需求。
5、Strictly implement food safety and hygiene standards, ensure compliant kitchen operations and eliminate potential risks.
严格执行食品安全与卫生标准,确保厨房操作合规,杜绝安全隐患。
6、Collaborate with the F&B department to meet special catering needs for banquets and events, ensuring smooth service.
与餐饮部协作,配合宴会、活动等特殊餐饮需求,保障服务顺畅。
7、Monitor daily food preparation processes, promptly handle guest feedback, and continuously optimize dish taste and presentation.
监控每日菜品出品流程,及时处理宾客反馈,持续优化菜品口感与呈现。
8、Formulate kitchen budgets and supervise their execution, control operational costs and improve F&B revenue efficiency.
制定厨房预算并监督执行,控制运营成本,提升餐饮营收效益。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、College degree or above, majors in culinary arts, hotel management or related fields are preferred, with a senior chef qualification certificate.
大专及以上学历,烹饪、酒店管理等相关专业优先,持有高级厨师资格证。
2、At least 5 years of experience as Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine in star-rated hotels or high-end restaurants, proficient in Chinese, Western cuisine or specific culinary styles.
5 年以上星级酒店或高端餐饮行政总厨 / 厨师长工作经验,精通中西餐或特定菜系制作。
3、Excellent ability in dish research & development and menu design, with successful cases in building catering brands.
具备出色的菜品研发能力与菜单设计经验,有成功的餐饮品牌打造案例。
4、Familiar with kitchen management processes, cost control and food safety regulations, with strong overall planning capabilities.
熟悉厨房管理流程、成本控制及食品安全法规,具备较强的统筹能力。
5、Outstanding team leadership and training skills, able to effectively motivate the team to improve professional competence.
优秀的团队领导与培训能力,能有效激励团队提升业务水平。
6、Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with F&B, procurement and other departments.
具备良好的沟通协调能力,能与餐饮部、采购部等部门高效协作。
7、Basic English proficiency, capable of understanding English menus and basic work communication.
英语基础良好,能理解英文菜单及基础工作沟通。
8、Strict and responsible work attitude, strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to high-intensity and flexible work rhythms.
工作严谨负责,抗压能力强,能适应高强度及弹性工作节奏。
