The ability toensure the kitchen daily operation of Red Bowl Kitchen, assisting sous chef inthe daily management as well. Takes pride in their work providing the highestquality of food.

Must have basicknowledge of cooking, full knowledge of sanitation requirements in foodhandling.

Requirements 任职资格:
Junior collegeor above, fluent written and oral communication skills in English and excellentwritten and oral communication skills in Chinese.
大专及以上学历,良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力,优秀的中文书面和口头沟通能力。
Follow up andensure no details are overlooked. Assume personal responsibility andaccountability. Use thoughtful judgements. Avert or solve problems discreetlyand promptly.
仔细观察,确保没有细节被遗漏。有责任心与信任感。能够自己深思熟虑来判断并谨慎的解决问题。
Experience 经验要求:
Min 3 yearsexperiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel.
3年以上豪华酒店相关工作经验。
Experience in a hot pot kitchen is preferred.
有火锅厨房经验为佳。
