岗位职责
Assists Training Director to co-ordinate andorganize all training events. Communicate with other departments about allkinds of training.
协助上级协调和组织酒店外部及内部的培训活动,积极和酒店各部门的秘书、部门培训员就培训问题进行沟通、协商。
As familiarize yourself withthe Greater China Training & Development Standards. Implement property policies, procedures relatingto training.
熟悉洲际大中华区培训与标准,执行与本酒店培训相关的政策和程序。
Assists the Training Director in the implementation of all trainingprograms.
协助上级实施所有的培训计划。
Assists the Training Directorin the development of the monthly and annual training plan
协助上级制定月度及年度培训计划。
Assists the Training Directorin the preparation of monthly training reports.
协助培上级准备月度培训报告。
To confirm the list ofparticipants and make all preparations,( including sign-in sheets, decoratingthe Training Room, installations of equipments )
在开展培训活动之前,和各部门确定参与培训人员的名单并为培训活动的开展作好各项准备工作,包括(签到表、培训场地的布置、培训设施设备的检查与安装)
To maintain training recordsand tracking database, put the training files in order.
整理、完善和输入各项培训记录,对培训相关文件进行分类存档
Be responsible for part of New-HiredOrientation Training course and Service Training course as required.按照上级的要求,承担新员工入职培训、服务意识及服务技巧中部分课程的培训工作
Collect and summarizeDepartmental Training Plan, Departmental Training Report and DepartmentalOrientation Checklist before 25th.
在每月25号之前收集并汇总酒店各部门的月度培训报告、月度培训计划及部门入职培训清单
Assist other departments toorganize their training, by providing when possible training room space,training equipment and providing training advice.
协助其它部门组织部门培训,在条件允许的情况下为其提供培训教室,培训设备和培训建议。
Assists the Training Directorin material preparation for all Training Courses.
协助上级准备所有培训课程所需的材料。
Ensures the cleanliness andefficiency of all training equipment and rooms and makes recommendation forimprovement/change as necessary, prepared for all training.
保证所有培训设备和培训教室的清洁卫生和良好的工作状态,提出必要的改进建议,为各培训课程做好准备。
Informs in advance, monitorsattendance to all training activities, and checks reasons for non attendance.
事先通知相关人士,监督所有培训活动的出勤情况,并查出缺席的原因。
Assists Training Director insourcing for training materials appropriate to the Hotel staff and responsiblefor purchasing or having materials printed.
协助上级收集适合酒店员工的培训资料,并负责购买或印刷培训资料。
Managing all updated records ofall training programs conducted.
管理所有的进行过的培训课程的记录,并确保该记录是最新的。
Reviews training policies andprocedures and recommends improvements to the Training Director.回顾培训政策和程序,向培训总监提出改善建议。
Ensure Staff and Managerawareness of training Policies and procedures
确保员工和经理了解培训的规章制度。
Monitor the progress of theTraining Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives arebeing achieved监控各部门培训计划的进展,确保达成培训目标
Attend departmental trainingsession and critique performance
出席部门的培训,并评估培训表现。
岗位要求
1、全日制大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、人力资源管理等相关专业,有酒店培训工作经验者优先;
2、能熟练使用办公软件,具备良好的沟通能力及文字组织能力;
3、性格开朗外向,工作态度端正,乐于与员工打交道;
