岗位职责:
Assigned tables in the restaurant must be well maintained and neatly set up according to the meal period set up at all times.
始终良好维护所负责餐台并根据相应餐段进行桌面摆台
Serves food and beverage to guest according to service standards and procedures of restaurant service.
根据服务标准和服务流程为宾客提供食品及酒水
Cleans and maintains all service equipment and assigned area.
清洁和维护所负责区域及所有服务设备。
Knowledgeable on all food and beverage menus of the restaurant including preparation.
熟悉餐厅食品及酒水菜单的内容及制作方法
Takes accurate orders for all guests according to the given standard and practices suggestive selling to boost outlet sales.
遵循标准,准确的为宾客点单并根据宾客喜好为其提供建议及推荐菜品酒水以提高餐厅收入
Keeping the Team Leader updated on the challenges, orders, guest satisfaction, guest preferences and special requests.
确保主管接收到最新的餐厅及宾客信息,包括困难,订单, 客人满意度,宾客喜好及特殊需求
Performs the other tasks assigned by the Manager or Team Leader, whenever necessary.

• Understand dietary requirements and could offer appropriate suggestions.
