职责描述: 1、在SPA、美容美体、养发、水疗等领域专业知识扎实，提供超出所有客人期望的服务培训水平； 2、了解客户的需求，可以指导技师礼貌而专业地回应客户的要求，始终坚持品牌的服务和客户关怀标准； 3、制定品牌培训工作规范、流程和培训方案，拟定手法培训跟进计划，负责包括不限于SPA、美容美体、养发、培训、水疗礼仪和客户服务的SOP； 4、监督SPA、美容美体、养发、水疗等各类技师的日常安排、上钟与技术情况，可以在需要的方面进行重点指导； 5、监督技师的健康礼仪培训的表现和发展，开发培训课程，每月制定包括不限于专业知识、服务流程、礼仪、其他知识等相关培训计划，编制培训课件，开展培训实施，撰写培训报告，反馈、评估培训效果，建立企业技师培训资料库。 6、关注技师的工作心态，进行及时的疏导工作； 7、按品牌要求，负责对在职及新入职员工进行技术培训与考核工作； 8、综合市场需求，不断创新技术项目，在不同按摩方式和健康疗法的技师培训中发挥关键作用； 9、根据品牌门店每月业绩指标，针对性的对技师进行培训跟踪及技术辅导。 任职要求: 1、五官端正，热爱美业，年龄30-40岁，大专以上学历，熟练SPA技术手法，功底扎实； 2、具有五年以上SPA、美容美体、养发、水疗行业知识及技能培训经验，具有店务管理经验尤佳； 3、熟悉高端spa品牌各部门的标准流程； 4、积极热情、敬业爱岗、心理素质佳、有较强的抗压能力和团队协作精神，具备较强的管理、组织、沟通能力； 5、严格要求自己，严禁欺凌，公平公正的对待每位学员； 6、善于沟通协调，良好的团队合作意识。
