    职责义务: 1.为总经理提供专业化建议并能够高效执行和支持帮助完成酒店战略性目标。 2.在保证战略目标质量的同时实现投入最小化和产出优化。 3.确保运营完成财务总体各项目标。 4.监督并定期回顾部门质量标准。 5.协调房务部各部门的项目。 6.根据公司政策与供应商商议承包合同。 7.督促客人调查问卷和宾客体验指数并明确不足与补救服务措施。 8.控制监督房间状态、房型和出租率。 9.按要求在成本预算范围内采买运营物资。 10.承担保持外观规范的整体责任,确保各项设施和设备的清洁,正常运转,并得到妥善维护。 11.迅速敏捷的对客人抱怨和要求作出反应。 12.每年定期完成更新房务部工作标准和程序。 13.检查VIP房间和套房,保证房间设备实施和布置完好有效。 14.参与准备酒店战略运营计划的制定。 15.每月准备预测报告并召开综合性部门会议,内容包括对需要特别处理和提供详细信息的程序及活动的总结。 16.出席需要参加的各种会议。 17.创造团队合作的各种机会,并进行团队建设。 18.确保房务部员工的行为、装束、卫生、制服穿着、外表和仪态的标准。 19.定期进行员工绩效和发展回顾,明确主要员工的发展方向和职业生涯规划。 20.确保培训体系的完善有效执行,并确保所有员工具备高效有效完成工作必备的工作技能技巧。 21.遵循酒店预算、营运预测并参照地方法律法规,合理准备安排员工工作时间和年休假。 22.监督部门编制、总体控制筛选和聘用新员工。 23.定期执行月度员工大会并保证所有员工知晓酒店内部相关信息。 24.参加酒店值班经理项目。 25.确保员工合法健康安全的工作环境工作场所。 26.遵循公司和酒店所有工作流程和标准。 27.以身作则促进服务质量的提高。 28.积极促进工作环境,在各方面关爱客人,关爱员工。
