1. Check the list of expected arriving guests every day, and select the members of the Priority Club who are expected to arrive in advance.
每天查看预期到达客人清单,提前选出预期到达的优悦俱乐部成员。
2. Before the guests arrive, check the rooms of Priority Club members and important guests in advance.
在客人到达前,提前检查优悦会会员及重要客人房间。
3. Keep cooperating with other departments and keep in touch with necessary external departments to ensure that you can provide quality services to guests.
与其他部门保持合作,与必要外界部门保持联系,确保为客人提供优质服务。
4. Maintain a file system for repeat customers.
维护回头客档案系统。
5. Fully responsible for the service to Priority Club members, important guests, and returning customers, and try to make customers satisfied.
全面负责对优悦会会员,重要客人,及回头客的服务,尽量让客人满意。
6. Regularly organize meetings related to Priority Club activities in order to better communicate and ensure the normal operation of work.
定期组织有关优悦会活动的会议,以便更好的交流,及确保工作正常运作。
