【任职条件】
1、 端庄大方,性格开朗,善于与人沟通;
2、 良好的沟通技巧,良好的对客经验;
3、 有团队合作精神和良好的职业操守。
4、 大专或以上学历,酒店或旅游管理专业优先考虑;
5、 一年或以上五星级酒店前台接待工作经验为优先考虑;
6、 良好的英语口语交谈能力和良好的书写表达能力,英语达到4级或以上同等水平优先考虑;
【工作职责】
1、热情有礼、微笑、快捷有效地为宾客办理入住和退房,为客人推介及提供咨询服务,确保客人对服务满意;
2、热爱品牌,积极增销,推广酒店产品,
3、完成上级分派的各项任务;
4、在工作中为酒店节约成本,开源节流;
5、严格按照酒店的规章制度和部门的工作程序,参与部门的日常工作;
6、要做到服务承诺的三点要求:1、微笑问候(微笑待客、与客人打招呼),2、感恩客人,3、征询意见(积极主动询问客人是否需要为其提供帮助)。
The Lady in Red(or gentlemen in red) is an iconic symbol of Kempinski and is in essence the Hotel Ambassador. As an extended arm of the General Manager she welcomes, meets and farewells hotel guests and is responsible for the communication with all guests providing highest quality service standards. The Lady in Red is empowered to take immediate decisions in respect to guest well being.
红衣女郎(或红衣绅士)是凯宾斯基的标志性象征和酒店的大使。作为总经理的左膀右臂她需要欢迎和欢送客人。负责与所有客人交流和提供高层次的服务。红衣女郎有权为客人的满意做出直接决定。
Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.Welcome, facilitate and bid farewell to as many guests as possible
尽可能多的欢迎、欢送和帮助客人。
2.Top VIPs must be welcomed upon arrival, escorted to their room and bid farewell upon departure.
特别重要的贵宾必须在大堂欢迎并护送客人到房间,退房时欢送。
3.Have an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and the geographical layout of the city / surroundings. Introduce relevant information to guests as needed.
深入了解酒店的产品知识和城市信息,在需要时向客人介绍相关信息。
4.Maintain a record of all complaints and requests, follow up and inform concerned operating departments.
维护好客人需求和投诉报表,跟进同时通知相关部门。
5.Perform the duties of duty manager to ensure the normal operation of front desk.
行使值班经理的工作职责,确保前厅正常运作。
Job Profile 任职资格:
1.Luxury Hotel Experiences,knowledge of hotel products and services.
豪华酒店工作经验,熟知酒店产品和服务。
2.Good Communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
3.Knowledge of VIP welcoming protocol
熟知贵宾欢迎礼仪。
4.Knowledge of hotel operations & Computer systems
熟知酒店运营和电脑知识。
