Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Business Development and in keeping with the delegation of authority, oversees day to day Sales efforts of Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, with specific responsibilities for directing sales, training, and implementing action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan. 在商务发展总监的监督指导下,全面负责资深销售经理、销售经理以及销售协调员的日常销售行为、培训,并在市场计划的指导下实施销售行动计划。
1. Marketing Planning —Participate in the development and execution of the hotel marketing plan. 销售计划——参与制定和执行酒店市场计划。
2. Identify sources of group business for the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize sales. 确认酒店团队生意的来源,并建立企业协议用房计划来最大化酒店销售。
3. Help identify sources of individual business and allocate the resources to develop relationships with them. 协助确认酒店单个生意的来源,并分配相应生意给到相对应销售来巩固与客户关系。
4. To supervise and monitor the compilation of accurate account information and to ensure this information is kept up to date. 指导和监督客户信息的输入填写,并且保证这些信息与时俱进。
5. Maintain accurate forecasting for all group/FIT segments and identify valley periods for sales emphasis. 维持对团队/散客细分市场的准确预测,并辨别特定时刻的重点销售策略。
6. Sales Administration — Direct and administer the sales program of the hotel. 销售行政管理——制定和实施酒店的各项销售计划。
7. Establish programs and direct efforts to achieve group and FIT room night goals and to develop ongoing relationships with customers. 建立和指导销售计划,使团队和散客住房数量努力达到计划的目标,并发展和建立良好的客户关系。
8. Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals. 监管销售的产量,并为达到销售目标在必要的时候调整销售行为、客户的覆盖和首要的销售计划。
9. Establish travel schedules and monitor travel expenses to optimize sale productivity. 组织出差的计划表并且管理出差的经费,优化市场销售效率。
10. Develop active communication and close rapport with Convention & Incentive Bureau, National Tourist Offices, Airlines, Hilton Regional Sales Offices and other sources of sales information and support. 积极发展建立与博览局、旅游局,航空公司,旅行社、希尔顿区域销售办公室以及其他生意和信息资源的良好关系。
