    JOB OVERVIEW The role will provide legal support to the Greater China region.  This individual will lead the legal function for Greater China and support Wyndham Hotels & Resorts APAC in accomplishing its strategic goals whilst minimizing financial and legal liability for the Company.        This role will provide all members of the WHR team with sound operational advice based on legal opinion.  He or she will work closely with the functional leaders to represent the organization with clients, owners and partners.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To provide counsel to all functions within the business to facilitate the execution of the strategic plan within compliant processes and with minimum exposure. Negotiation, drafting, interpretation and enforcement of all types of agreements for the region with a focus on GC, including hotel management and franchise agreements, joint venture agreements, supplier agreements, strategic development agreements, technical services agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, and related financing and other documentation.  A particular focus will be required on supporting the development process for management, franchised agreements, acquisitions or investments in new hotel properties throughout Greater China markets. For managed operations, this role will interact closely with hotel staff and management company executives on various legal issues, including negotiation of hotel property agreements, procurement programs as required. To maintain, communicate and advise on legal departmental and company policies and procedures with up-to-date alignment with mandatory requirements in different markets. To work with brand representatives on legal issues involving marketing programs, standards, strategies and the related commercial agreements. ·       This role will use its strong legal and commercial instincts and be able to apply these to assist the organization with business solutions. ·       This role will use its leadership skill to act as an advisor and influencer APAC leadership. Take initiative to constantly looking for ways to improve overall organization efficiency from legal & process prospective. Act as the key leader role in all compliance related issues for the region and ensure the overall business compliance and legal requirement are met for all markets. Work with outside counsel to represent Wyndham to lead all litigation or non-litigation related cases / issues in Greater China Lead & develop the China legal team to best support the business needs. Carry out any other duties/projects assigned by the line manager from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in law and pass the bar for PRC with rich experience of practicing law in Greater China Broad transactional and litigation experience in a law firm or in-house legal team In-house legal experience, particularly in a PRC office of a multinational or public company, is strongly preferred Experience managing teams is preferred Experience in hospitality and franchising a major plus Must be confident in providing advice and direction to senior Excellent writing skills, negotiation skills, oral communications in both Chinese & English Able to work without significant supervision and a sense of urgency with the ability to deliver within projected timeframes. Highly analytical and able to anticipate and prevent potential obstacles or issues. Efficient, structured, and able to work under pressure. Focus on driving results & solve problems to support business needs.

    JOB OVERVIEW The Audit Manager will assist in executing the department’s & APAC strategic plan and objectives to provide independent assurance that hotels in the APAC region are reporting in compliance with brand standards & respective franchise/management agreements. The Audit Manager will have the responsibility of conducting on-site and virtual property audits, completing audit file reviews, monthly financial reports, addressing special audit requests, and interacting with various constituents within the business to develop and maintain a network of key relationships within the organization.  Additionally, the position will serve as the main point of contact to resolve audit findings and work with property owners & internal teams to institute any necessary compliance measures.  The Audit Manager/Director will work very closely with the Audit Manager based in the U.S. who performs virtual audits for the APAC region, as well as with the APAC Operations & Legal teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·       Work with property owners / property management to resolve audit findings and achieve the desired improvement actions after audits are completed.  These responsibilities may include: -       Communicating and discussing audit findings with franchise/management owners, general managers, and senior leaders within the Brand Operations, Legal, and Finance teams. -       Providing guidance to franchise/management owners and general managers regarding proper procedures for accurate revenue reporting, which impacts the revenue recognized by the company. -       Formalizing the standard process for reporting of audit findings and resolution in APAC -       Negotiating terms of “Memos of Understanding” with franchise/management owners to ensure full understanding and resolution of audit findings.  ·       Conduct property audits (either in-person or virtually) in accordance with brand standards and respective franchise/management agreements and develop audit findings and recommendations.  These responsibilities may include: -       Drafting and sending audit confirmation letters prior to performing the on-site and virtual audits to inform property owners that an audit will be performed, noting the required financial records needed to complete the audit. -       Reviewing and testing hotels’ financial information to verify the accuracy of reported gross room revenue, as well as, ensuring financial operational procedures are in accordance with the franchise/management agreements and company brand standards. -       Documenting audit test procedures, findings, and results for review. -       Formalizing the standard process of auditing APAC hotels in partnership with Wyndham Legal and Operations -       Documenting the actual findings in a systematic manner ·       Monitor financial performance of properties and track status of properties’ “Memos of Understanding” post-audit together with the efforts to support AR collections. -       Work closely with Revenue Management team to understand the basic financial performance for certain brands as benchmark to detect issues -       Partner with the AR team to develop a standard process in which audits will contribute to overall AR collection efforts. ·       Carry out duties/projects as assigned by line manager from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS ·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. ·       Bachelor’s degree in other business-related concentrations would be considered if the candidate has significant work experience within the hospitality industry. ·       6-8 years of auditing and/or accounting experience is required. Prior audit or accounting experience within the hospitality or franchise industry is not required, but is a plus. ·       CPA or other business certification is a plus. ·       Excellent time management, organization, negotiation skills and customer service skills are required. ·       Interest in learning business processes, auditing principles, internal controls and system controls in a hospitality environment. ·       Familiar with APAC key markets local finance & tax law and regulations. ·       Possesses savviness and accuracy in dealing with numbers & reports. ·       Excellent analytical skills, be able to deep dive into the revenue report and identify the revenue loss. ·       Be able to establish and maintain positive relationship with internal team members & external stakeholders, fluency in both Chinese & English is required. ·       Self-driven and be able to work independently. ·       Great leadership skills and can drive the audit program within the region. ·       Results-driven and action-oriented. ·       Problem-solving focused with a can-do attitude. ·       Open-minded and innovative, willing to try all ways to achieve desired results. ·       Available to travel at 50% of the time or greater within the region.

Communication and Reporting: Organize the necessary procedures, liaise with department heads, directors, finance, and the General Manager to reduce the incidence of last-minute orders. Suggest possible improvements in purchasing processes and control procedures to the management, which would contribute to achieving good value in purchasing costs and maintaining safe inventory levels. Based on work experience, recommend better solutions for purchase orders to the operations team. Modify procedures to balance user and financial needs.     【职位描述】 The Account Manager - Hilton Worldwide Sales will proactively manage and grow Share of Wallet accounts for Hilton Worldwide. The role will look after these accounts on a local, national, international and global basis, where relevant and be accountable for the performance of their account portfolio. He / she will be required to manage one key or multiple segments, either corporate, MICE, leisure, and/ or Chinese local accounts etc. They will create and communicate the account strategies in order to drive market share and demonstrate value to both internal and external customers. What will I be doing? As the Account Manager, you will work in the Hilton Worldwide Sales team with other Account Managers / Directors and you will be responsible for driving both group business and transient business into Hilton’s portfolio of hotels on a national and global basis. You will be responsible for a set number of accounts to penetrate across all segments of the business. The activities will include managing transient RFP's, driving group business conversions, organizing familiarization trips and presenting to customers on new hotel openings. You will also be responsible for identifying new accounts outside of your account base, negotiating CMTG agreements to drive shares and attend relevant tradeshows representing Hilton Worldwide. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Planning Activities -Develop the strategy and direction for the account base, in line with the company’s revenue strategies. -Have total account management focus, quickly identifying which segments of the business have the most opportunities to drive shares. -Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within current account base. -Execute strategic account development plans and support communications of key messages internally and externally. -Manage customer RFPs, increasing the number of solicited and accepted hotels, establishing procedures and processes in relation to managing the account portfolio to drive market shares. -Account for the delivery of strategies and activities of the account base. -Develop strong relationships with key hotels that receive business from the account portfolio, understanding the hotels individual strategies. Organizing Activities -Implement plans to ensure overall strategic direction of the account base and support the company’s revenue strategies. -Manage the RFP process, ensuring the correct procedures are in place to support clients and drive business for Hilton. -Assign tasks and ensure the optimum allocation of resources, utilizing the Venue Finder and HWS coordinator. -Hold quarterly review meetings with key accounts to review business performance versus targets, identify opportunities and address related business issues. -Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve account targets. -Ensure relevant updates are sent both to internal and external stakeholders. -Monitor and review the impact of marketing initiatives on the account strategy. -Establish and develop long term effective working relationships with key customers to drive business. -Network with sub-account handlers and global leads where relevant. -Strengthen relationships with key hotels and aligning strategies where relevant. -Maximize all opportunities by developing relationships with third parties (MICE agents and TMCs). -Build, implement and communicate the account strategies, delivering the expected targets. -Develop account plans that specify objectives timescales and sales activities to support the defined account strategy and ensure maximum opportunity for account penetration. -Identify the level of influence and decision-making power of contacts in the customer organization and use these to secure business. -Attend industry conferences and events. -Accountable for communicating the strategy, ADP and activities on a quarterly basis, along with relevant issues, opportunities and successes. Staffing Activities -Ensure regular 1:1 is conducted with coordinator or venue finder as appropriate to accomplish goals. Controlling Activities -Assess actual performance versus targets to ensure success and take corrective action where necessary. -Ensure account development plans are followed and achieved, providing feedback where necessary. -Ensure RFP processes are followed and in line with Hilton’s best practice. -Maintain a Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer account information is kept. -Ensure information relating to customer requirements, interests and marketing activities are kept up to date through the use of relevant Hilton procedures. -Work with the support team (venue finder / coordinator) to ensure tasks are carried out as directed by the customer. -Provide accurate management reports to review account performance and communicate future plans. -Review customer base to determine new opportunities for account penetration. Supportive Functions In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company. -Communicate regularly with hotels to ensure productive and effective meetings are established, customer information cross referenced and relevant hotels are aware of the ‘Customer value’ when dealing with a tender coming from a specific customer. -Support the office head and AD to organize and participate in related sales activities, including China showcase, cluster sales calls, FAM trips, customer appreciation events, etc. -Attend sales workshops. -Be involved in various projects to support the Hilton Worldwide Sales team. -Support colleagues to achieve appointments with our clients for sales weeks. -Plan and attend the familiarization trips that are detailed in the account development plans to drive market share. -Additional supportive functions where appropriate. 【任职要求】 What are we looking for?
