Job Summary:
1.Responsible in achieving the Brand and Hotel positioning objectives locally and internationally through Public Relations and Promotion activities.
2.Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of Public Relations and Promotion plans and in budget preparation.
3.Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the media, local community, the customer base and Marriott International offices.
4.Supervisors the Public Relations department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
5.To protect the correct image and positioning of the hotel and Brand by meeting corporate standards in all collateral and advertising material.
6.To develop and follow through in public relations activities and be responsible for the production of promotional materials, press kits and arrange press and media coverage.

协助市场销售总监开发公关促销计划及制作预算。
与媒体、本地社区、客户及万豪国际集团总部保持密切联系,代表、宣传酒店形象。
管理公关部保证每天的工作及时地完成。
保证所有的宣传资料和广告都达到集团的标准,维护酒店的正确形象和定位。
开拓并实施公关活动,负责制作促销资料、对媒体宣传资料及安排在媒体对酒店的报道。
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
2.Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Office.
3.Good interpersonal & communication skills.
