    MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 : Drive the hotel revenue through setting up of marketing and sales strategies and follow through on the execution of such strategies. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 責任概要 : Oversee the operation of Sales, Catering, Public Relations and Reservations.  Set up overall strategies for sales, promotions and advertising.  Ensure that all strategies are set up in line with the positioning of the hotel and are according to Marriott corporate guidelines. SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 : Sales Activities                     Participate in sales activities by conducting sales calls and meeting with in house customers to strengthen relationship with customers, obtain market information and customers’ feedback. Oversee the planning of all sales activities to make sure that there is appropriate sales coverage and effective customer service at all times. Ensure all enquiries received at sales office are handled promptly and efficiently. Make certain that the sales team is constantly soliciting new business opportunities and obtaining sales leads through various sources such as newspaper, internet, TV etc. Monitor the quantity of sales activities to make sure that all sales associates are conducting sales activities according to the set guidelines in a number of sales activities per day and call volume etc. Account Management Ensure that all information related to all accounts are recorded in Opera and filed accordingly, and the accuracy of information in the systems is maintained at all times. Assist the setting up of strategies and tactics for each account and ensure that all Marriott resources are appropriately used. Conduct account review and account audit to check on the information obtained for each of the accounts. Review Call Reports to ensure that all accounts are properly managed. Ensure that sales call plan is set up by all sales associates and the plan is efficiently used. Ensure that sales targets are set up for all sales associates. Sales Strategy Planning Conduct weekly Sales Strategy Meeting to ensure all participants are sharing information on competitors’ activities, customer feedback and other market intelligence. Lead the Sales Strategy team in setting up pricing and positioning for all market segments and the pricing and positioning for catering. Regularly review the effectiveness of the Sales Strategies and make recommendations for changes if required.   Train and develop all sales associates Coach and counsel all associates to ensure timely rectification of performance.  Make sure of disciplinary actions if required. Aim to assist associates in improving their performance. Make sure that there is a SMART development plan for each associate to fortify strengths and overcome weaknesses. (SMART = Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely) Ensure that there are guidelines and expectation set up for each associate and follow up on the progress Ensure that Director of Sales and Sales Manager conduct on the job training to all associates by arranging joint calls with sales associates and review with them their performance regularly. Monitor the sales activities and make certain that all sales associates are conducting business according to the Marriott set guidelines. Conduct regular performance review for all managers and keep a written record for future follow up. Review and update all LSOPs related to Sales and Marketing whenever necessary. Fully utilize all Marriott Resources Ensure all sales associates cross sell sister properties when the hotel product does not fit into customers’ requirements or when customers have potential for other properties. Constant communication with market sales, alliance account team and GSOs to discuss on needs of the hotel and to ensure full coverage of all accounts. Make good use of Marriott Rewards as a key sales tool. Work closely with the other sales teams in the cluster to share marketing information, discuss on account servicing issues and cooperation. Prepare periodic reports Prepare periodic reports for record of sales activities and market analysis. Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc reports as required by General Manager and Regional Office. Revenue Management Ensure that the Reservations Office is properly managed with all phone calls handled efficiently and courteously, all input in Marsha and Opera are done according to standards set up. Review reports prepared by Revenue Manager to analyse market situation and make recommendations on sales strategies and tactics. Make certain that all revenue management tools are properly used aiming to maximize the hotel revenue at all times. Regular check on the rate control procedures to avoid any abuse of discount. Ensure that all commission payment is handled accurately and efficiently. Assist in conducting periodic rate audit in Opera & Marsha. Public Relations Oversee the Public Relations operation and be sure that the day-to-day operation is managed efficiently. Assist PR Manager in planning and executing all hotel promotions, advertising, database management, hotel collaterals production. Ensure that exposure of the hotel is maximized at all times through working closely with media and making good use of all Marriott Resources. Conduct media calls to build relationship with the editors and reporters. Monitor the preparation and distribution of all press release. Ensure all promotional materials and advertising are done according to the corporate guidelines. Plan and participate in Charity Activities to serve the community and to obtain press coverage. Business / Marketing Plan Preparation of Business / Marketing Plan and to ensure that all strategies are backed up with appropriate tactics. Produce periodic action plan based on the Business Plan and ensure that the sales team is conducting business according to the set objectives.  Office Etiquette & Business Ethics Ensure that all sales associates are properly dressed in uniforms or business attire and the general appearance is according to the hotel standard. Make certain that all sales associates are conducting business according to the Marriott guidelines and local law. In charge of the overall conduct of the sales team such as telephone handling, punctuality, compliance to the hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.  Coordination with other departments and session Ensure a smooth liaison between Sales and Marketing with all other departments. Take the initiative to act on any conflict or problems in a constructive manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS核心职责 People Functions  -Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments and Home Office. -Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. -Plan, organize, lead and control different projects and activities within the finance team. -Identify coaching moments and ensure that those moments become opportunities of learning and development for the Finance team. -Establish a rapport with the Finance team and other divisions within the hotel. -Have a global working perspective and excellent communication skills – written and verbal -Great understanding of Self-Esteem and Self-Actualization of Team and ensure proper support and help is provided whenever needed. -Have the ability to supervise the day-to-day duties of the Finance team and assist as necessary. -Hold monthly department meetings with Accounting Staff to ensure communication and address any issues that are affecting the team. -Participate in and develop staff training programs in order to minimize staff turnover and maintain high morale.  Particular emphasis should be given to those individuals qualifying for future advancement. -Supervise, train and motivate department staff to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities. -Meet with the Director of Finance on a regular basis to communicate all accounting activities and results of the Accounting office meeting or any other related issues. -Actively network within the community to attract potential candidates for recruitment purposes. -Prepare reviews and development plans and take appropriate personnel-related action (i.e. hire, commend, discipline, evaluate, etc.) with Accounting staff as required. -Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Product Functions -Thoroughly understand and possess a working knowledge of the Accounting & Finance Manual -Excellent understanding of Month-End Process including, but not limited to, preparation of financial statements, accruals and journal entries, maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals. -Great attention to detail along with a continuous innovation of daily working of the Finance team under the direction of the Director of Finance. -Coordinate, observe and prepare all operating equipment and supply inventories in accordance with corporate policies and as directed by the Director of Finance. -Prepare Daily Cash Position report and maintain the highest level of investment of excess funds in accordance with corporate guidelines as prescribed in the Accounting & Finance Manual. -Assist the Director of Finance in preparation of all budgets and forecasts. -Excellent understanding of the current Edition of USALI. -Prepare or oversee the preparation of all local, state and federal tax returns and other reporting (including 80-20 rule reporting) on a timely basis. -Ensure rent expense is calculated accurately per the terms of the Management Agreement, Leasehold Agreement or Easement Agreement and that payments are made or the outstanding liability for the rent accrual exists and is accurate. -Ensure the outstanding liability for all revenue/profit related fees (i.e. Management Fees, Incentive Fees, Marketing Fees, Advertising Fees, Royalty Fees) is accurate and complies with the respective Management Agreement(s). -Ensure electronic payments have the signatory of a member of Group B on each individual page and the initials of a member of Group A and both members of Group A and B sign the Batch Total of the payment run. -Ensure strict access controls over unused cheques to prevent improper or unauthorized use of the documents and ensure there is segregation of duties in place to safeguard the writing and voiding of negotiable bank cheques. -Ensure accurate exchange rates in Financial Reporting are applied to the local currency (where applicable) and valued in the currency stipulated in the Management Agreement. -Ensure post-departure credit card credit allowances are performed only by accounting and all such allowances are reviewed and signed per the SR-5 by Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance and all “Unmatched -Credits” reports provided by credit card processing company are reviewed/scrutinized by DOF monthly and retained by the Director of Finance. -Approve all journal entries with supporting documentation (as appropriate) and ensure all non-standard, non-recurring entries are countersigned by Director of Finance. -Ensure the system is set up to prevent month end closing without all journal entries being posted, updated or otherwise entered into the General Ledger. -Ensure that monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts are prepared and all bank reconciliations are countersigned by Director of Finance on a monthly and on a quarterly basis; Director of Finance approves all reconciliations paying special attention to reconciling items. -Coordinate and facilitate external and internal audits. -As required, have a working knowledge of residential (or other entity) accounting procedures and how it affects the hotel’s financials. -Continuously strive for improvement of processes and efficiency. Profit Functions -Monitor and control expenses of the hotel paying special attention to the daily reporting done by the auditor of the hotel and addressing issues that not only have material effect, but also effect the guest experience. -Ensure that House Funds and Floats Counts are up to date and limit any kind of exposure that would affect the profitability. -Assist the Director of Finance in Forecasting/Budgeting -Ensure gains/losses on the sale/disposal of fixed assets are properly disclosed and recorded on the Statement of Changes in financial position (SR-25 where applicable) and on the P&L statement. -For locations that maintain full balance sheets including fixed assets, ensure accumulated depreciation accounts are accurate and properly recorded.     职责描述: 1、根据公司发展战略,组织制定短、中、长期人力资源工作规划,制定一整套与公司匹配的人力资源管理制度并组织实施; 2、建立和完善人力资源管理体系,完善及组织实施人力资源管理模块(包含人力资源规划、招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工关系管理等); 3、全面负责公司人力行政部门日常工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估; 4、定期向高层决策者提供有关人力资源战略、组织建设、行政管理等方面的专项建议,为公司重大决策提供人力资源信息支持; 5、加强公司人力资源的预测和统筹工作,根据各项目的经营状况和市场情况,合理调整组织结构、人员结构和工资福利待遇,控制人力资源成本,落实人效管理; 6、完善核心人才梯队建设与培养计划,推动人才有效管理; 7、负责企业文化建设与落地,提高员工稳定性与归属感; 8、规范完善公司行政管理体系; 9、协助管理层协调处理对内、对外关系。 任职资格: 1、本科及以上学历,人力资源或管理类相关专业,至少五年以上人力行政全盘管理经验,有大型集团公司及高速增长的初创型民营企业人力行政管理经验者优先考虑; 2、对人力资源各职能模块有全面、深入认识,擅长PPT以及方案策划与编制,熟悉国家人力相关政策、法律法规; 3、 具备创新变革能力,能够在充分解读公司战略的基础之上,设计与之匹配的人力资源组织模式,全面支撑战略实现; 4、良好的人际领悟和人际沟通能力,出色的组织协调能力; 5、个性沉稳、亲和力强,抗压能力强,富有奋斗精神,自驱力强; 6、 具有极强的计划性和高效执行能力,能够快速落实各项管理要求,并转化为工作成果; 7、有酒店行业经验优先考虑。

    【岗位职责】 1、督促酒店建立健全会计核算制度,检查会计制度的执行情况,对会计核算工作的质量进行监督。 2、督促酒店建立健全财务管理制度,完善财务监督机制,检查酒店执行国家财经法律、法规、制度及遵守财经纪律情况,对财务活动的合法性进行监督。 3、审核酒店拟订的年度财务预、决算方案,资金使用和调度计划,筹资、融资和投资计划,利润分配或弥补亏损方案。 4、对酒店产权转变、资产核销、资产重组、对外投资、债务担保、资产抵押等重大财务活动的决策程序和实施执行情况进行监督。 5、审核酒店财务报告,评价和报告其经营管理业绩。与酒店总经理一起,共同对财务报表和报告的质量负责。 6、与酒店总经理联合审批规定限额范围内的公司经营性、融资性、投资性(对外、对外)支出;对酒店授权范围内的贷款担保事项负责。 【岗位要求】 1、财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、大专及以上学历; 2、具有8年以上财务负责人工作经验,5年星级及以上财务岗位工作经验,熟悉酒店财务管理模式; 3、通晓财务、会计、金融、税务知识、掌握法律相关知识,具备基本计算机应用知识。 4、熟练运用会计电算化,熟练使用ERP财务软件。 5、具有一定的外部关系协调和统筹管理能力。 6、良好的团队领导力、协作能力,优秀的沟通、分析能力,对企业忠诚度高。
