岗位职责/职位描述 1.负责酒店客房的推销、预订工作； 2.制定市场推销计划、简历并完善工作程序和标准，制定规章制度并指挥实施； 3.参加酒店管理人员会议、完成上传下达工作； 4.安排布置并督导下属人员的正常工作； 5.建立改善客户日记、客户合同存档、订单和预报单的存档记录，使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段； 6.与餐饮部总监和行政总厨沟通协调，共同议定菜单及价格； 7.与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合； 8.定期对下属进行绩效评估，按奖惩制度实施奖惩，并加强对员工的培训工作、提高员工素质。 岗位要求 1.具有酒店客房销售岗位工作经验，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累，团队合作精神； 2.丰富的组织及执行经验； 3.具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力； 4.工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。

工作时间： 9：30--14：00 16：30--21：00（打样），每周单休，包吃包住。 午休时间：14：00--16：30 （2.5小时） 岗位职责： 1、按照餐厅规定做好仪容仪表，精神饱满，保持积极的工作状态，严格执行工作程序、服务程序和卫生要求，为客人提供热情周到的服务； 2、做好餐厅清洁工作，在每次用餐结束后清理台面或餐桌并重新摆台； 3、对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配； 4、做好餐前检查及收尾工作； 5、做好客人用餐服务工作，主动与客人沟通，征询客人意见及评价，遇到客人投诉立即汇报领导解决； 6、完成上级交付的其他工作任务。 岗位要求： 1、中专及以上学历； 2、1年以上酒店餐饮相关工作经验优先； 3、形象好，气质佳，年龄18—30岁，优秀可放宽； 4、端正的工作态度并能承受工作压力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力，有良好的服务意识； 5、身体健康，无不良嗜好。

Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation. Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Strong selling and interpersonal skills. Organizes and sets up the assigned section of the Food and Beverage Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity.
