    Functions as the leader of the property’s sales department for properties with bookings over 300 peak rooms and significant local catering revenue. Manages the marketing budget to enable development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives. Interfaces with regional marketing communications for regional and national promotions pull through. Develops and implements property–wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer profile and property associates and provides a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.COREWORK ACTIVITIESManaging Sales Activities· Manages the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market.· Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts. · Determines and develops marketing communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications. · Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.· Reviews the Strategic Alignment Review (STAR) report, competitive shopping reports and uses other resources to maintain an awareness of the hotel’s market position.· Research competitor’s sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPAR and increase market share.· Attends sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy.· Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.· Evaluates and supports participation and account deployment with Area Sales and Group Sales within the Sales Office.· Serves as the sales contact forth General Manager, property leadership team, Group Sales and Area Sales leaders.· Serves as the sales contact for customers; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution both prior to, and during the program/event.Leadership· Functions as the leader of the property’s sales department for properties with bookings over 300 peak rooms and significant local catering revenue.· Develops sales goals and strategies and verifies alignment with the brand business strategy.· Executes the sales strategy in order to meet individual booking goals for both self and staff.· Coaches leaders of revenue generating departments in developing effective revenue strategies and setting aggressive goals that will drive the property's financial performance.· Verifies Sales team understands and is leveraging Marriott International (MI) demand engines to full potential.· Works with Human Resources, Engineering and Loss Prevention to monitor compliance with local, state and federal regulations and/or union requirements.· Partners with Human Resources to attract, develop and retain the right people in order to support the strategic priorities of the market.· Creates effective structures, processes, jobs and performance management systems are in place. · Sets goals and expectations for direct reports using the Leadership Performance Process (LPP), aligns performance and rewards, addresses performance issues and holds staff accountable for successful results.· Forecasts talent needs and manages talent acquisition strategy with Human Resources (HR) to minimize lost time due to turnover. · Maintains an active list of the competition’s best salespeople and executes a recruitment and acquisition plan with HR.· Supports tools and training resources to educate sales associates on winning catering solutions. · Champions leadership development and workforce planning priorities by assessing, selecting, retaining and developing diverse, high-caliber talent that can lead the organization today and strengthen the leadership bench for the future;     SUMMARY 概述:        执行客户服务专员的职能,负责公寓前厅(前台)的日常管理工作,提供客人高质量的服务以确保我们的客人达到满意度最优化。为了使客人满意,要求客服专员在工作中要始终保持热情友好谦恭的服务态度,熟悉工作流程及服务标准,敬业爱岗,提供给客人多样化、真诚的服务。 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责: 1.  出席交接班会议,在记录本上签字,有特殊事件需提前向上级汇报,以便安排其他人继续跟进。 2.  在每日上岗之前,应主动检查个人着装及仪容仪表是否符合仪容标准。 3.  在岗期间,应面带微笑,向每一位客人问好,作眼神交流并在客人需要帮助的任何时候提供服务与帮助。 4.  在电话响铃三声之内接听电话并且遵照电话标准接听。 5.  提供客人餐厅、按摩、旅游、以及交通预订方面的协助,并提供客人其他方面的信息,如:机票,戏票以及购物等等。 6.  随时听从及完成上级管理层提出的其他指示或工作任务。 7.  确保遵守公寓的规章制度及工作标准/流程,并遵守员工手册中的各项规定。 8.  当班时应做到: 1) 有责任处理客人入住登记以及结账,获得有价值的建议并及时向上级汇报。 2) 根据规章制度向客人发放以及回收公寓钥匙,并随时记录钥匙的去向。 3) 有责任修改登记卡并将文件按顺序归档。 4) 有责任及时清除过期文档,归档账单放入文件柜中。 5) 在离开前台的时候应退出电脑系统。 6) 有责任保持办公区域的干净、整洁、整齐。 9.  做班次审查应做到:自查现款金额、合计总账、审查零币、打印收支报告、准备汇款信封、根据收支报表检查账目、将所有的审查文件投入总保险箱中。 10. 下班时应做到:将需要下一班次跟进的事件写入交接班记录本中,完成岗位工作并下一班人员清点备用金。 QUALIFICATION 任职资格: 1.   具备大学专科或以上学历,酒店管理或相关专业。 2.   具备至少1年在国际化酒店从事客服岗的工作经验,熟悉运作部门的服务标准。 3.   乐于助人,诚实守信,有亲和力,具备良好的沟通技能,性格良好。 4.   能熟练运用公寓运营管理操作系统。 5.   具有良好的服务意识和团队协作精神。
