1.鼓励面包房和西饼房队伍开拓创新，以及支持餐饮服务部门的市场营销及促销活动. 2.监控餐饮产品及服务在所有厨房和会议宴会的质量. 3.通过生产线，低库存，与其他厨房的联合采购及按实际需求的食品递送建立统一的成本管理体系. 4.监督所有成本并推荐或制定相应的措施加以控制. 5.准备及监督每天的餐前准备，以及根据生意预期情况，确保所有部门提供新鲜且高质量的产品. 6.准备及与行政总厨紧密合作，定期更新餐饮预算，确保达到预期目标及有效控制成本. 7.专注发展各层生产力，以及需要谨慎地管理食物和工资成本，使其控制在可接受的方针内，并确保执行能更好地展开及有效地使用各设备. 8.礼貌有效地处理客人及员工的要求，当投诉及问题不能立即找到解决方法时应上报.

主要工作职责 根据月度保养计划，保养各类设备：包括会所设备、污水处理及供水设备、送排风设施、消防设施强电类、客房区域强电设施、高压供电检测及柴油发电机的保养，确保工作质量及保养进度； 根据上级安排完成各类维修；完成各种报修并保证维修质量；  处理各类突发应急事件； 严格遵守安全生产条例和操作规程，携带工作牌、做好安全防护措施； 遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作； 完成领导交办的其他工作。 资质要求 必须持电工证上岗，中技及以上学历；  有酒店或物业公司相关工作经验两年以上，动手能力强；  不能是色盲，富有工作责任心，诚实可靠，态度良好。
