【岗位职责】  1、负责为顾客提供专业的美容护理服务，包括但不限于面部护理、身体护理、基础美容项目等； 2、根据顾客的皮肤状况及需求，推荐合适的美容产品或护理方案，并提供专业建议；   3、严格按照公司标准操作流程执行服务，确保服务质量和顾客满意度；   4、维护美容仪器及工具的清洁与保养，确保工作环境的卫生与安全；   5、定期参与公司组织的技术培训，不断提升专业技能和服务水平；   6、协助完成店内日常运营工作，包括顾客接待、预约管理、产品陈列等；   7、积极与顾客沟通，建立良好的客户关系，提升顾客忠诚度及复购率。  【岗位要求】   1、对美容行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意学习并从事美容服务工作；  2、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，能够耐心细致地与顾客交流；   3、身体健康，形象端正，注重个人卫生及职业形象；   4、有美容师资格证书或相关培训经历者优先，无经验者可提供带薪培训；   5、能够适应排班制工作，包括周末及节假日；   6、具备团队合作精神，服从工作安排，责任心强。
