【岗位职责】 1、深度理解企业战略、业务及产品，搭建战略人才供应链； 2、负责酒店基层空缺职位的梳理和招聘工作，包含临时帮工招聘跟踪等； 3、负责实习生的招聘和管理； 4、负责招聘渠道的开发和管理、雇主品牌建设工作； 5、定期统计分析招聘数据，基于数据分析诊断招聘问题及提出解决方案，提升招聘效率； 6、对内赋能，通过面试工具与技巧培训不断提升业务部门面试能力。 【岗位要求】 1、2年以上招聘经验； 2、熟悉各类面试技巧、人才测评工具及方法； 3、有使命感，对企业和每一位候选人负责； 4、优秀的沟通表达能力，思路清晰，积极主动，内驱力、学习能力、责任心、亲和力强。
