Overview We are now seeking a dynamic General Manager who can deliver a unique experience for all our guests. We are committed to becoming a preferred employer for our colleagues. To be selected, you will need to have experience of high end hotel or resorts and also have worked in China. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Core Responsibilities You will be responsible for all aspects of operations, from overarching hospitality philosophy to day-to-day staff management and guest relations. The job responsibilities can be divided into two timeframes: pre-opening (and launch) and post-opening. During “pre-opening and launch”, the GM will work very closely with naked Hotel Management Company to establish operations and ensure that our vision and brand standards are met.
