Handle guest request and take personal responsibility by following up with relevant persons/ departments.
5.全面了解酒店的设施和经营时间。
Have thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and hours of operation.
6.负责新员工的在职培训。
Conduct on Job Training of new staff.
7.维护经营设备良好的工作状态。
Maintain operating equipment in good working order.
8.确保工作区域在任何时间内的干净和整洁。
Keep working areas neat and tidy at all times.
9.建立与其它部门良好的工作关系
Cultivate good working relationships with other departments.
10.向客人提供优质服务。
Deliver high quality service to guests.
11.遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守硬石的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。
Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Hard Rock Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook.
12.在上级指导下执行其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
