一、岗位职责当班统筹酒店前厅部门运营，保障服务符合品牌标准。快速处理客诉及突发情况，负责 VIP 接待统筹，提升宾客满意度。监督当班员工服务表现，协助人力调配与团队带教。落实财务收银、安全合规流程，完成值班记录与班次交接。二、任职要求大专及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业优先。 1-2 年国际高端酒店同岗或前厅主管经验，度假酒店背景优先。具备强沟通协调、应急处理及抗压能力，熟练操作酒店 PMS 系统。英语听说读写熟练，可接受轮班、夜班及节假日值守。认同丽思卡尔顿服务理念，持有急救 / 消防证书者优先。
