工作职责： 1. 全面负责前厅部日常运营管理，统筹接待、礼宾、预订、总机、商务中心等各岗位工作，确保服务流程高效顺畅； 2. 制定并落实前厅部服务标准与操作规范，持续提升宾客满意度及服务质量； 3. 组织开展员工培训与绩效管理，强化团队专业能力与服务意识； 4. 协调处理宾客重大投诉及突发事件，维护酒店声誉与客户关系； 5. 配合销售、运营等部门完成营收目标，优化房态管理与预订转化效率； 6. 定期分析前厅运营数据，提出改进建议并推动落地实施。 任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先； 2. 具备8年及以上高星级酒店前厅部工作经验，其中不少于3年同岗位管理经验； 3. 熟悉国际品牌酒店运营体系及前厅管理系统（如Opera等），具备较强的现场管理与跨部门协作能力； 4. 具备优秀的沟通表达、问题解决及团队领导能力，能承受较强工作压力； 5. 普通话流利，具备良好的英语听说读写能力，可作为工作语言； 6. 遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同企业价值观与服务理念。 7.有希尔顿背景优先。
