【岗位职责】 1、为市场销售部总监提供专业、有力的支持，以达到战略目标。 2、根据外部环境可能对销售产生的因素，制定不同的方案。 3、根据市场变化趋势，寻找竞争优势，提高市场份额。 4、分析市场机会，制定具体目标，发展并有效实施策略和计划。 5、维护客户关系，了解客户需求，掌握服务技能、销售沟通技能，做好客户反馈，与客户保持良好持久的可发展战略。 6、完成自己的经营业绩，并带领和培养好所管辖范围内的同事完成经营业绩。 7、擅长对内部进行销售类培训。 【岗位要求】 1. 收悉珠三角地区的销售市场及市场渠道，适应韶关市场的工作。 2. 度假酒店高级销售经理或者销售副总监、或市场销售副总监的工作经验一年以上。 3. 具有较强的市场营销能力及产品研发能力、能承受销售的工作压力。 4. 有较强的沟通协调、谈判能力及领导力。 其他要求 国际联号工作经历： 度假酒店工作经历：优先 语言能力：英语-一般 计算机能力：良好 年龄要求：30-40岁
