1.全面负责酒店会议，宴会，团队业务销售管理，制定销售策略与业绩目标，提升会议营收与市场占有率; Overall responsible for the sales management of hotel conferences, banquets, and team business, formulating sales strategies and performance targets, and increasing conference revenue and market share. 2.拓展核心渠道，维护大客户关系，主导商务谈判与签约，建立长期合作; Expand core channels, maintain relationships with major clients, lead business negotiations and signing, and establish long-term cooperation. 3.调研市场动态，竞品价格与场地优势，定期输出分析报告，优化销售方案，定价策略与推广计划; Research market trends, competitor prices and venue advantages, regularly output analysis reports, optimize sales plans, pricing strategies and promotion plans. 4.管控销售预算，审核报价，合同与回款，把控业务风险；定期复盘业绩数据，调整销售动作; Control sales budgets, review quotations, contracts and collections, and control business risks; regularly review performance data and adjust sales actions. 5.策划执行会议主题营销活动，联动线上线下渠道推广，提升酒店会议品牌影响。 Plan and execute conference-themed marketing activities, link online and offline channels for promotion, and enhance the brand influence of the hotel conference. 职位要求： Requirements: 1.有5年以上星级酒店/高端会议中心会议销售经验，熟悉MICE市场运作； 5 years or more of conference sales experience in star hotels/high-end conference centers, familiar with MICE market operations.  2.具备丰富企业，协会等大客户资源，有大型会议操盘与签约成功案例; Have rich resources of enterprises, associations, etc., and successful cases of large-scale conference operation and signings. 3.精通商务谈判，客户开发，团队管理，具备强目标感，抗压能力与统筹协调能力。 Proficient in business negotiations, customer development, team management, with strong goal orientation, stress resistance and overall coordination ability.
