岗位职责 1. 关注竞争对手的活动并协助了解市场动态，且与他们的运营进行比较，监查竞争对手的活动并在制定销售策略时利用这些信息。 2. 提供政策导向，并进行市场调研和分析。 3. 对销售线索有效整理，提供给温德姆酒店集团内适合人员，将销售收益最大化。 4. 根据在销售策略中既定目标，向新的、现有的、和有可能的客户进行销售，并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。 5. 通过客户管理，向现有的客户提供服务。 6. 设立和保持定期销售拜访模式，与目标市场的主要人物会面。 7. 进行销售拜访，电话销售，书信，电子邮件销售以及邀请客户参观酒店的工作，协助客人了解酒店并安排现场视察。 8. 销售酒店的所有设施，包括且不限于客房，餐饮，会议宴会，康体等相关产品服务，并协商会议销售和宴会服务有关条款。 9. 为业务招投标做好准备工作。  10. 与业务供应方、会展策划人、客人/会务部门/旅行社，旅游运营商、航空公司、公司客户、政府部门以及其它与酒店业务密切相关的相关方建立并保持联系。 11. 通过参与当地市场的各种活动在当地市场上树立良好形象。 12. 在需要时出差，对酒店进行推销和发展潜在的业务机会，按要求参加贸易展览和销售会议。 13. 监控现有业务，并在销售策略会上提出建议以扩大业务。  14. 发展现有业务，并寻找建立和发展业务的机会，从报纸，杂志和相关的行业文件中确定销售商机，并予以跟进。 15. 及时与运营部门进行沟通。 16. 评估销售业绩和提供市场数据，协助上级领导评估销售和营销活动。 17. 协助新产品和服务的开发。 18. 分析销售行为和可能对销售目标产生的影响。 19. 完成市场销售总监和部门总监分派的任务。 20. 准备宣传材料。 21. 及时进行广告创意说明。 22. 与上级领导一起在人力资源规划和管理需求方面进行合作。 23. 与上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。 24. 管理会议和宴会运营的各项工作，最大程度地完成部门预算。 25. 分析历史和其它统计信息。 26. 定期与温德姆酒店集团其它地区酒店联系，维护预订网络系统。 27. 协助协调会议宴会销售/促销活动等工作。协助会议运作工作。 28. 联系各相关运营部门为客人提供优质的服务： 29. 在客人预算内由厨师长制定餐单，由宴会负责人制定宴会场地平面图。 30. 预订经理在系统内占房。 31. 与预订部联系有关场地分配和优先权的问题。  32. 在需要时参加每日例会及其它会议，以取得最佳效果。 33. 处理行政工作，并更新与以下会议事项相关的文件：过去、当前、未来事件，菜单和饮料清单、财务规范、人员和培训、娱乐、会议、其它酒店会议及宴会运营、项目、材料、设备及其它。 34. 与美工部、印刷组联系，为会议部门制作印刷品或打印材料，并需确保酒店LED显示屏所显示的宴会及会议信息正确无误。 35. 确保所有宴会及会议信息在酒店会议销售系统内的实时更新。 36. 不断通过贸易宣传品、酒店展和现场参观，了解视听的趋势、系统、操作和设备。 37. 完成其它所有分派的合理工作。 岗位要求 1. 市场营销、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业的大专或本科学历。   2. 两年工作经验，或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景 3. 能有效与顾客、合作人或第三方沟通，展示酒店、品牌及公司的高素质。 4. 具备较强的问题解决、推理、号召、组织及培训能力。 5. 具备高度的工作积极性并能在指定时间内完成上级制定的或自己承诺的工作任务。  6. 具有较强的谈判技巧。 7. 熟练使用微软办公软件及酒店管理系统。 8. 良好的写作能力。
