【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店空调机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作。 2、服从领导，服从调度，保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行。 3、保证客房和厨房、公共区域空调的正常运行，发现故障及时维修。 4、设备需要维修时，应及时维修的同时做好对客服务准则。 5、对设备进行技术改造，使之符合酒店要求，并进行小型零件的加工。 6、根据设备的使用，协助领班制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施。 7、按期巡检设备，协助酒店进行检查试验。 8、完成上级交办的其它工作事项。 【岗位要求】 1、有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。 2、具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。 3、从事空调维修工作1年以上，有高星级酒店工作经验者优先。 4、身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位职位： 1. 开工前到客房部报到，参加晨会，领取客房钥匙，入住报告，客房分配表及任何其他特别指示。 2. 负责每日领取补充客房用品、布草，特别在雨雪天气时注意防护。 3. 负责准备清洁车、清洁工具，爱惜使用，时刻保持整洁干净，状态良好。 4. 以良好的面貌，亲切的笑容，真诚的态度向客人提供优质的客房保洁服务。 5. 在客房保洁服务过程中，保持与客人之间的沟通互动得体，并将客人的建议及时反馈给部门。应根据客人的性格调整互动的程度，不得影响客人的正常生活工作，避免聊及客人隐私、公寓商业机密等信息。 6. 疫情期间与客人接触时，注意发烧、昏睡等异常情况，及时上报并处理。 7. 遵守公寓客房保洁流程，认真对待清洁完毕后的主管检查，对于发现的问题及时予以纠正，并在随后的工作中不断提升。 8. 按培训要求适当使用清洁剂及工具。 9. 有任何异常情况需立即报告客房部，包括但不限于设施设备损坏、严重虫害情况、陌生人游荡、任何可疑事件。 10. 按规定查房并更新“房态表”上真实状态。 11. 负责在工作时间段内对客房钥匙的保管，每天上下班须进行交接工作，正确使用，不得私自复制。如工作过程中发现丢失，需立即向部门报备，并挂失。 12. 发现高价值的财物应主动提醒客人存放于保险箱，并向客房部办公室报备。 13. 清洁并整理服务区域、储物间、走廊以及客梯厅。 14. 确保客人及公寓财物的安全性，发现客房内物品丢失问题应及时报告，并配合协助公寓及相关部门进行调查。 15. 收集打扫房间内的垃圾并送至垃圾房。 16. 在遵照公寓规章制度的前提下，服从客房主管及经理相关指示完成工作。 17. 履行相关职责，并完成上级指派的临时项目任务
