【岗位职责】 1、健全各种问讯资料。 2、掌握客房预订情况，向前厅部经理/副经理报告重要团体和客人的订房情况，检查VIP通知单的发送情况，负责VIP接待工作的落实。 3、处理前台工作中的差错，处理宾客有关投诉。 4、负责前台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作，及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作。 5、检查每日的报表是否有误，并及时纠正。 6、建立体质良好的宾客关系，努力增加客房销售。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、有良好的团队领导精神及执行力。工作认真负责，作风正派。 3、熟练掌握前厅部工作的各个环节和程序。 4、身体健康，品貌端正，气质高雅。 5、掌握酒店管理基础知识，善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。

岗位职责 1. 深度对接客户核心需求，结合品牌调性与市场需求，给出品牌活动、主题展陈、空间展示、营销场景的整体策划与展示设计建议，涵盖视觉方案创意、空间布局规划、动线逻辑设计、物料选型搭配等全流程工作，确保设计方案贴合客户预期； 2. 紧密结合市场定位、行业营销节点及品牌发展策略，统筹完成线下展厅、活动美陈、主题快闪、会议会展、品牌推广物料等场景的创意设计，提升活动成功落地率； 3. 熟练运用 AI 技术工具（如设计生成软件、素材优化工具等）完成创意落地、文案辅助创作、视觉素材迭代、创意方向拓展及相关数据分析，大幅提升设计效率与营销落地效果； 4. 承接并达成部门分配的销售营收指标，通过设计方案赋能客户转化、复购及增值服务开发，联动市场销售团队拓展设计相关增值业务，助力酒店会展及配套服务营收增长。； 5. 持续跟踪行业数字设计、AI 工具应用、策展模式创新的前沿趋势，定期输出行业动态分析与优化建议，不断迭代展示设计与营销视觉体系； 6. 收集客户反馈、市场反馈及项目落地后的效果数据，进行复盘总结，提炼设计优化经验，优化设计流程与服务标准，打造差异化品牌体验与核心竞争力。 任职资格 1. 学历要求：本科及以上学历； 2. 专业要求：艺术与科技类、数字与媒体艺术、会展类、设计类、营销类相关专业； 3. 经验要求：拥有 2 年及以上会展策划、展示设计、市场营销相关工作经验，具有从策划、设计到落地的实操案例或完整的展示项目； 4. 软件能力：熟练使用设计类、AI 软件，具备方案汇报、效果图输出能力； 5. 专业能力：具备扎实的展示设计、空间视觉、美陈设计功底，熟悉策展流程、展示物料材质与搭建工艺，具备市场营销思维，能将设计与品牌推广、客流转化、活动营销目标结合； 6. 综合素质：工作细致负责，具备良好的创意能力、逻辑策划能力、沟通协调能力与项目落地能力，适配行业活动节点性加班需求。

【岗位职责】 1、深入了解业务，对平台酒店大数据进行分析，寻找潜在的收益机会，并实现新增收益。 2、负责监测、分析、挖掘平台经营和销售业务数据，并定期形成分析报告，帮助决策层及时准确了解经营状况 3、对数据进行监控、分析，建立日常监控和预警机制，提供决策支持。 4、负责外部信息采集，熟悉各项目上下游产业，就行业发展趋势、竞争对手进行分析研究，为公司经营决策提供参考 5、基于对用户数据的分析及用户行为的深入理解，结合业务，建立数据挖掘、最优化线上的价格和促销以及相关收益产品。 6、负责平台酒店各项目产品的收益风险管理，保证收益最大化 【任职资格】 1、5年以上数据分析/收益管理工作经验，OTA 行业及高星酒店项目经验优先； 2、英语口语及书面表达能力优秀，英语可作为工作语言； 3、具备较强的经营分析能力，熟练掌握数据挖掘与经营分析的相关知识，精通多种数据分析工具； 4、具备较强的统计分析能力、沟通能力、分析与解决问题的能力。

岗位职责 1.在西厨厨师长的领导下，按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量。 2.按西厨厨师长厨分工，完成大型宴会、酒会的菜品制作任务。 3. 每日报告问题。 4. 根据确定的运行程序操作。 5. 确定所有设备和器具干净并避免意外发生 发现的任何的问题一定立刻上报。 6. 参加培训, 并在会议中提出改善意见 岗位要求 1.专科以上文化程度，或相关专业毕业。 2.熟悉饮食的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。 3.能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作，并有相应的技术等级。 4.工作有责任心，做事认真负责。 5.1年以上厨师工作经验。

岗位职责： 1.根据正常营业情况和冷菜菜单，合理安排本组员工工作，遇有大型宴会活动，主动与副厨师长协调，分担冷菜制作与出品工作。 2、负责安排原料的申领、加工、烹调、中餐的各类冷菜。 3、督导员工按规格加工制作冷菜，保证出品冷菜的口味，装盘形式等合乎规格，负责制作所有冷菜调味汁。 4、每天检查冰箱内的冷菜质量，力求当天制作当天出售，严格控制冷菜剩余量，把好质量关。 5、自觉钻研，适时推出冷菜新品。 6、负责对装盘形式的重量进行检查，准确控制冷菜成本。 7、每天检查所用冷藏设备运转是否正常，发现问题及时报告，安排维修。 8、检查员工的仪容仪表及个人和包干区卫生，确保食品卫生安全，督促员工做好收尾工作。 9、完成厨师长布置的其它工作任务 任职资格： 1.专业烹饪学校学历。                                      2.两年以上工作经验；至少两年五星级酒店工作经验。 3.熟悉个专业，有一定的创新意识 。 4.具有良好的沟通技巧和抗压能力。

岗位职责： 1. 认真做好餐前检查工作,并按标准摆台，准备开餐前的各类用品和用具； 2. 负责区域设施、设备的清洁保养工作，保证提供优雅、清洁、安全的就餐环境； 3. 熟悉菜单和酒水单，向宾客进行积极且有技巧的推销，按规定填写好入厨单和酒水单； 4. 熟悉各类菜肴与酒水、餐具的搭配，以便在客人就餐过程中及时更换； 5. 在客人用餐过程中，做好区域看台工作：及时更换各类餐具、烟缸等物品； 6. 客人用餐结束后，及时清理桌面，更换台布； 7. 服务过程中要具有一定的观察力和敏感性，做到热情大方、反应敏捷、动作迅速，尽量避免对用餐客人的重复打扰； 8. 及时征询宾客意见和建议，在能力范围内尽量满足客人的服务与需求，必要时将客人意见填写在质量信息卡上并反映给领班； 9. 客人结束用餐后对餐厅进行必要的整理，将自助餐的剩余食品送还厨房，并锁好贵重物品，如发现客人遗留物品时，及时上交领班； 10. 做好区域餐具、布草、杂项的补充替换工作； 11. 当班结束后，检查环境设施，做好收尾工作，杜绝能耗浪费,并与下一班做好交接工作； 12. 积极参加培训，不断提高服务技巧技能和综合业务知识； 13. 完成上级交办的其他任务。 任职资格： 1.热爱本职工作，有较强的责任感； 2.具有一定酒店与服务知识； 3.具有熟练的酒水服务技能和技巧； 4.具有高中或以上学历； 5.身体健康，仪表端庄。

岗位职责 1.负责酒店员工制服的收发和保管工作。 2.严格执行制服规定换洗时间，热心为酒店员工服务。 3.在制服换洗过程中，注意检查制服的破损情况，并及时进行修补。 4.发放制服之前，注意检查制服的洗涤质量，发现问题及时上报领班。 5.负责工服破损，开线等修复工作，保证发放员工制服平整，无损。 6.严禁在未经领班同意的情况下，私自办他人转借，调换制服，或将任何制服携带出酒店外。 7.检查制服架及衣服的流失情况，发现异常或管理漏洞及时上报本部领班。 岗位要求 1.高中以上学历。 2.2年以上洗衣部制服室工作经验。 3.参加相关培训。 4.熟悉本岗位专业知识，掌握缝纫技术。
