【岗位职责】 1. 配合上级的工作安排，培训和管理员工，确保团队有效地运作，并达到预定的目标。 2. 协调和监督楼层主管及员工的日常运营，包括客房清洁、客房维护、服务质量、客户满意度等方面。 3. 负责分配楼层员工的工作，并检查员工的工作，同时抽查主管的工作。 4. 制定成本控制措施，确保客房部门在预算范围内，并寻找降低成本和提高效益的机会。 5. 负责确保客户满意度的提升。推行服务标准，培训员工提供优质的客房服务，解决客户投诉和问题，并确保客户体验达到满意水平。 6. 监督客房设施和设备的日常维护和保养工作。与维修和工程部门合作，确保客房设施和设备的正常运行，并及时修复和解决问题。 7. 与其他部门合作，确保各个部门之间的协调和合作。与前台合作，确保客房分配和客户入住的顺利进行；与餐饮部合作，提供房客的餐饮服务等。 8. 负责员工的培训和发展。制定培训计划，提供必要的培训和指导，提升员工的技能和知识水平。 9. 遵守和执行酒店的政策和程序，包括员工行为准则、服务标准、安全规定等，确保客房部门的操作符合法规和行业标准。 【岗位要求】 1.3年以上同岗位工作经验； 2.对工作尽职尽责，有责任心，能够遵守酒店的规章制度； 3.主动性强，愿意影响并引导他人做事； 4.具有较强的团队意识，善于交往，沟通能力强； 5.具有创新意识，思维敏捷，兴趣广泛 6.做事灵活，善于处理各种突发事件。
