岗位职责： 1.按照酒店客房清洁标准与操作流程，负责指定客房的日常清洁工作，包括清扫地面、擦拭家具、整理床铺、清洁卫生间（马桶、浴缸、洗手台等）、更换脏布草（床单、被套、枕套等），将脏布草分类收集后送至布草房，领取干净布草并核对数量，确保客房环境整洁卫生。 2.清洁过程中检查客房设施设备（如灯具、开关、水龙头、电器等）的完好情况，发现损坏或故障及时上报客房主管。 3.按照标准为客房补充客用品，包括洗漱用品（牙刷、牙膏、洗发水、沐浴露等）、毛巾、浴巾、卫生纸、饮用水、茶包、茶杯等，确保数量充足、摆放整齐规范。 4.检查客房内宣传资料、价目表等是否完好、过期，及时更换或补充；检查客房内绿植、鲜花等是否缺水、黄叶、枯萎等，及时补水、维养及更换。 5.在客房区域遇到宾客时，主动微笑问候，礼貌回应宾客咨询（如电梯位置、早餐时间等）， 提供必要的帮助。 6.及时响应宾客通过电话或留言提出的服务需求（如增加毛巾、借用充电器、请求送水等）， 在规定时间内完成服务并反馈。 7.发现客房内宾客遗留物品时，立即上报客房主管并按规定上交，做好记录，协助寻找失主。 8.负责个人清洁工具（抹布、扫帚、拖把、吸尘器等）的日常保养与存放，保持工具清洁完好， 使用后及时清洗归位。 9.按照规定领用清洁用品（清洁剂、消毒液等），规范使用，避免浪费，剩余物料妥善保管。 10.清洁过程中逐一检查客房设施：开关是否灵敏、灯具是否正常亮灯、水龙头是否漏水、空调是否制冷/制热、电视遥控器是否有电等，发现异常立即记录并上报客房主管。 11.检查客房门窗锁具是否完好，确保宾客入住安全；发现客房内有烟头等安全隐患，及时清理并提醒后续入住宾客注意。 12.完成当日清洁任务后，及时告知客房主管，由主管检查验收；对不合格项按要求重新清洁，直至达标。 13.配合前厅部需求，优先清洁“急扫房”，确保客房及时可售，与团队协作提升客房周转效率。 14.工作中遇到特殊情况（如宾客突发疾病、客房内有异常声音等），立即上报客房主管，不擅自处理。 15.完成上级交办的其他任务。 岗位要求 1.年龄18-55岁，男女不限，学历不限。 2.两年以上客房服务员工作经验。 3.能掌握基本的清洁工具使用方法（如吸尘器、拖把等），学习并遵守酒店清洁流程与标准。 4.手脚麻利，能在规定时间内完成清洁任务，具备一定的体力（能弯腰、拖地、整理床铺等）。 5.工作细致认真，注重清洁细节，能发现客房内的小污渍、小故障。 6.责任心强，对清洁质量负责，不敷衍了事，确保客房达到卫生标准。 7.服务意识良好，尊重宾客，能够与宾客进行基础交流，保护宾客隐私，不随意翻动客房内物品。 8.具备良好的沟通能力，服从管理，遵守酒店规章制度与劳动纪律，配合团队工作安排。 9.身体健康，无传染性疾病，能适应站立、走动等长时间体力工作，接受轮班制（包括早班、中班）。

岗位职责： 1. 负责宾客接待与手续办理，包括入住/退房登记、证件核验、房卡发放、押金收取及结账服务，需高效处理VIP客人和团队客人的特殊需求。 2. 掌握酒店设施动态，提供客房销售建议、本地旅游及交通咨询，并处理宾客留言、叫醒等服务请求。 3. 与客房部、销售部等部门实时沟通，确保房态信息同步，协调处理突发事件（如设备故障、投诉等）。 4. 负责前台现金保管、账目核对、票据整理，并按时提交营业报表。 5. 维护各平台客人评价，尽可能多的获得5星好评。 6. 招募优悦会会员。 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理专业优先，有洲际集团品牌酒店工作经验优先。 2. 熟练操作酒店管理系统（如PMS），具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够有效处理客户需求。 3. 要求形象端正，女生160cm+，男生170cm+，沟通能力强，有责任心，能应对高强度工作。 4. 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与不同部门有效沟通协作。良好的问题解决能力，能够及时应对和处理突发事件。 5. 具有相同岗位1年以上工作经验。
