【岗位职责】 1、全面的食品/酒水/服务技能。 2、确保任何时候遵守公司的政策程序和品牌标准。 3、控制和确保指定区域正常运营。 4、在他/她的正确指导下，安排好员工的工作和工作时间，严格控制好人员成本，但是要确保全体员工在工作时间内提供优质服务。 5、在运营中不断的要得到客人的反馈以确保客人满意度。 6、确保和其它部门做好沟通。 7、举行/参加餐饮部及部门会议。 8、确保器皿及用具的正常使用和清洁，以便延长使用寿命。 9、在指定区域适当的做出有提高性的建议。 10、更新每日报表并每日提交部门领导。 11、关于公司的重要策划要与员工商讨。 12、为自己和团队设定认可部门目标，团队代表在酒店中是不可缺少的。 13、确保全体员工意识到关于酒店消防方面的紧急情况的重要性。 14、确保全体员工了解必要的食品卫生标准。 15、回顾客人反馈意见/评论表格/部门日制/损益清单： 实施测量方式提高食品/酒水/服务质量；确保必要的培训（促销技能等）。 16、与厨师做好沟通做好促销计划/菜单计划/员工培训。（可适用的） 17、经餐饮总监同意参与有效的团队成员管理(团队成员招聘/终止/调动/加班)。 18、每周把员工排班表/培训计划上交到餐饮总监。 19、组织全体员工积极的团队建设活动。 20、观察全体员工的个人能力/仪容仪表/时间观念，表现力/规律性。 21、不断地警惕接触到钱财的员工。 22、每季度与管事部做好盘点/成本控制/破损。 23、如涉及到食品/酒水/所有项目/成本，建议内部调转。 24、实施节约方案，食品，饮料，纸张，电力，水（建议重复利用）。 25、每月与餐饮总监分析损益报表。 26、实施适用有效的措施来控制成本/消费/人员。 27、在酒店和社区中，让自己预计未来活动和生意。 28、做好充足的准备应对市场经济。 29、研究市场准备市场 【岗位要求】 1、在所有方面的经验,餐饮运营和现代管理原则。 2、至少5-8年餐饮运营经验。 3、在一家饭店至少3年相似职位。 4、较好运营和管理能力。 5、形象好。 6、有上进心。 7、和各层次员工很好沟通能力、监督和激励员工。

岗位职责 1.协助酒店高级管理层负责及整个饭店的运作收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。 2.大堂副理在前厅部经理的直接领导下，在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作。 3.要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。 4.要负责重要宾客的迎领工作。 5.进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。 6.解决当班期间发生的安全问题。 7.向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2.英语流利，能熟练操作Opera系统。 3.仪表端庄，形象气质佳，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际，具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。 4.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。 5.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。

岗位职责 1、编制上报各种财务报表，提供各种财务数据，上交各种税费。 2、审核当月员工的工资汇总表和记帐证。 3、根据酒店支付情况随时向财务总监提供分析报告，控制费用开支，不超预算。 4、做好各项税收的申报和交纳工作，填制营业税、教育税附加、流转税、个人所得税等申报表并按规定时间申报交纳。 岗位要求 1、大专学历，具有五年以上财务管理经验或X年能上四星级酒店财务工作优先 。 2、具有中级会计师以上职称，熟悉酒店帐务税务流程。 3、熟悉办公软件及财务软件，熟悉银行、锐务、工商的工作流程。 4、能独立核算企业的账务工作，懂得相关法律法规。 5、工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感，为人诚实可靠，品质正直，有吃苦耐劳的精神。

岗位职责 .在市场传讯经理的审核下，参与并完成相关宣传资料设计。 ·负责所有酒店的平面设计，并确保符合悦榕集团标准。 .负责酒店餐饮菜品拍摄，酒店活动拍摄，具备拍摄图片技巧，拍摄短视频技巧。 .为市场销售部提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。 .负责酒店重要活动、宴会、VIP 客人的摄影和欢迎牌的设计制作工作。 .确保所有酒店宣传品、广告及媒体报道都将给酒店带来最好的宣传效应。 岗位要求 ·熟练运用排版软件、绘图软件和图像处理软件等工作相关软件。 ·熟知电脑技巧，能够熟练的运用电脑办公软件。 ·良好的人际交往及沟通能力。 ·能够独立工作，同时也能有良好的团队合作能力。 ·有国际奢华酒店品牌相关的工作经验优先。

【岗位职责】 1、更新改造计划且督促执行，保证酒店设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。 2、负责工程部的节支运行、保证酒店最大限度的节能、节支。 3、根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划。 4、负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境。 5、分析工程项目报价单，对完工的项目组织人员进行评估和验收。 【岗位要求】 1、有同岗位工作经验。 2、必须机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。 3、能充分领会上级的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。 4、有强烈的事业心与责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事，不谋私利。
