About the role: This role ensures compliance with local and corporate policies for House Banks. It retrieves deposit envelopes with security, audits cashiers’ daily deposits, prepares the hotel’s daily deposit, and manages own bank and safe. It processes foreign currencies, prepares/distributes cashiers’ due backs, issues cashier banks, maintains related logs and files, handles petty cash disbursements, files documents, and completes other duties assigned by finance leadership. What you will do: • Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards are in place, as they relate to House Banks. • Retrieve deposit envelopes from the drop safe for processing, accompanied by a Security Officer or the Director of Finance's designate. • Audit cashiers’ daily deposits and prepare the daily hotel deposit. • Count, balance, organize and monitor own Bank and safe. • Process foreign currencies in accordance to local policy. • Prepare and distribute Cashiers’ due backs. • Prepare the Daily Cash Report. • Issue Cashier Banks and assign safety deposit boxes for safekeeping of the Banks. • Prepare and maintain a log on all issued House Banks. • Make petty cash disbursements according to established guidelines. • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance. • Maintain an accurate, orderly and up-to-date file for all outstanding Bank contracts. • File documents and reports. • Conduct House Bank audits on a regular basis, according to established guidelines. • Report all cash discrepancies to the Assistant Director of Finance immediately. • Solve any deposit discrepancies directly with the bank, while keeping the Assistant Director of Finance aware of the status of said discrepancies. • Assist in cashier training and be available as needed to support cashiers in solving problems in cash handling procedures. • Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed. What you bring: • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required. • One to two years previous experience in same position. • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. • Mandarin Speaking and Work authorization in China is a must. Monitor the delivery of any approved orders from suppliers and chase for the delayed deliveries. Participates in negotiations for any type of purchasing contracts. Assist the Director of Purchasing on PWT and hygiene/food safety related issues with all food suppliers. Maintain the Purchasing system – BirchStreet functional for hotel operation use. 工作职责： 1、协助行政管家制定客房年度、季度、月度日常工作计划，以及经营管理方面的方针政策； 2、负责监督部门的资产管理，定期安排好盘点，审查、控制物品的耗用； 3、负责落实贵宾房间的接待要求，认真检查卫生及设施设备的完善状况； 4、统筹对酒店客房及公共区域内开展日常巡检，巡查发现的问题进行汇总分析并推进落实三查三改； 5、负责做好客房部管理区域内的安全防火工作，加强有关培训； 6、统筹客房部各项工作，收集宾客的意见需求，与酒店各部门加强沟通。 任职资格： 1、大专以上学历，具备5年旅游管理或酒店管理相关工作经验； 2、具备丰富的酒店工作经验及客房专业知识与管理能力；精通客房各项业务； 3、具备较强的沟通能力和良好的人际关系，对工作认真负责以及团体精； 4、熟练普通话、粤语，具有良好英语语言能力。

工作职责： 1.按标准程序流程清洗餐用具卫生清洁，同时保持区域卫生干净、整洁； 2.及时清理餐饮后勤区域地方存放垃圾，将垃圾送到指定地点； 3.根据要求正确使用化学药品和有效安全的使用工具及设备（洗碗机，高压水枪，吸水器，洗地机）。 任职资格： 1.专业要求：熟悉撑握餐具情况操作；英语口语良好者优先 2.一年以上相关工作经验； 3.撑握洗碗机、化学品清洁剂安全操作知识；熟悉餐具清洗消毒流程。

工作职责： 1、为酒店提供高效的通讯服务及预订服务； 2、为客人提供叫醒、电话免打扰、信息咨询、秘书留言、微信管家酒店客服服务； 3、熟练掌握话务台的使用方法，做好酒店电话的转接工作，准确快捷回复客人咨询问题。 任职资格： 1、大专及以上学历优先；旅游管理、酒店管理专业优先； 2、熟练使用办公软件、熟练使用Opera系统、话务台系统、E－Connect服务系统优先； 3、接受轮班工作（三班倒），普通话标准，会粤语优先。 4、具有一定的英语听说能力，能用英语进行日常交流

工作职责： 1. 礼貌接听内外线电话并做好记录、及时转达，熟悉酒店服务项目、客房分布及设备使用，协助楼层接待，对接相关部门处理各类问题。 2. 严格执行清洁卡、对讲机及钥匙管理制度，跟催客房设备急修，打印房态表、准备 VIP 水果，统计酒水杂项耗用，规范处理遗留物品登记、保管及领取工作。 3. 检查客房服务中心安全及消防设备，排查安全隐患，遵守安全管理制度，参加安全培训及应急处置，完成上级交办的其他任务。 任职资格： 1. 大专以上学历优先，有客房相关工作经验、熟悉客房服务流程及标准者优先，具备较强沟通能力和良好人际关系。 2. 熟悉办公软件操作，工作认真细致、能吃苦耐劳，熟悉酒店产品知识，可准确解答客人各类询问。 3. 精通普通话，具备良好的英语听说能力（英语四级以上优先），能顺畅完成日常工作及对客涉外沟通。 4.接受文旅工作时间，岗位会有通宵班次。

工作职责： 1、负责酒店、车场、外围、高岗和酒店机动巡查、消防监控替岗等岗位治安巡检及其岗位附件区域的安全管理职责； 2、维持岗位管辖区域的出入交通秩序及安全管控，保证道路畅通及人员出行安全； 3、对处理突发事件要及时上报、现场维持、控制、指引、疏导、救护等工作； 4、严格执行岗位巡检机制，点检到位，善于发现，做好点检异常反馈； 4、在履行岗位职责时，对事件处理的情况，完成质量评估，确保公司及客人的人身财产安全，保障公司的经营正常运作。 任职资格： 1、高中及中专或以上学历；持有消防设施操作员中级证或退伍战士优先考虑； 2、具备良好的语言沟通能力和执行能力、思想敏捷；熟练运用电脑办公软件及掌握消防、监控系统操作技能；熟练掌握安全保卫技能、消防设备操作技能。 3、具有高度的工作热情和责任心，具有团队协作精神，吃苦耐劳、认真负责，能适应酒店的轮班机制。 3、国语流利、粤语流利，英语口语良好者优先。

岗位职责： 1、负责缆车电气控制系统（驱动、制动、安全保护、监控等）的技术支持与维护；编写及维护PLC控制程序，处理电气系统疑难故障；负责缆车设备年检方案制定、外协外联及技术资料归档；对接设备厂家，处理设备采购、制造过程中的技术问题； 2、编制设备安全管理规定、操作规程、点检基准等技术文件并组织宣贯；参与年度/月度工作计划制定，审核班组计划并跟进实施；建立健全设备运维台账，评估设备状态，提出预防性维护建议；落实备品备件管理、新设备安装调试及国家规定的定期检验工作。 任职要求： 1、大专及以上学历，机械设计、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先；5年以上大型游乐设施及索道类设备工作经验，或8年以上机电类设备维护管理工作经验； 2、持有国家认可的特种作业操作资格证；持有客运索道修理（S1）证、客运索道司机（S2）证者优先； 3、熟悉机电设备原理、检修工艺、测试验收标准；熟悉缆车及索道电气控制系统（驱动、制动、安全保护等）；熟悉常见故障处理、材料工艺及机械/电气图纸； 熟悉机电设备运维管理系统； 4、具备专业检修与验收能力、故障应急处置能力；具备电气控制系统调试及故障排查能力； 5. 具备良好的沟通、督导和统筹能力；情绪稳定，抗压能力强；具有团队精神、责任心强；具备强烈的安全意识。

工作职责：1、统筹酒店群（含主题公园联动）的商旅及会议销售业务，制定年度商旅市场开发策略；2、重点拓展粤港澳大湾区企业客户（含TMC差旅管理公司）；3、通过整合酒店群资源（如餐饮、康体、主题公园门票打包），提升淡季收益；4、主导数字化销售工具（如CRM系统）的应用，优化团队绩效考核机制，确保完成集团下达的销售指标。任职资格：1、大专以上学历，3年以上五星级酒店或国际联号豪华商旅型酒店同等职位工作经验；2、了解酒店设施和工作流程、国际TMC公司运作模式或主题公园行业；3、熟练使用酒店Opera、TMC、E－Mobile等相关系统操作；具有良好的抗压能力、沟通服务意识和销售谈判技巧；国语、粤语流利，英语4级或以上。
