前海服务公寓招聘工程技工 （该岗位单休，可提供住宿） 岗位职责： 1）负责公寓水电、空调、消防、弱电、电梯等设备日常巡检与定期保养。 2）处理客房、餐厅、公区等日常报修，及时完成灯具、洁具、门锁、家具等维修。 3）保障公寓供水、供电、排水、空调系统正常运行，排查能耗浪费与安全隐患。 4）参与公寓小型改造、装修修补、设备安装与调试工作。 5）应对停电、漏水、设备故障等突发情况，快速应急处置。 6）做好维修、巡检、交接班记录，严格遵守安全操作规范。 任职要求： 1）具备工程相关岗位证件及工程、机电等领域专业知识，三年以上工作经验； 2）熟悉酒店设备运行管理，比如：酒店热水系统，门锁系统、监控系统、高低配电柜，空调系统及电气的相关知识和设备现场质量管理； 3）熟悉酒店智控系统或有筹备酒店工作经验优先； 4）具有良好的口头表达能力和文字表达能力； 具有较强协作精神和沟通能力。
