【岗位职责】 1、负责各类冷荤菜品的烹调制作，包括切配、腌制、调味、装盘等工序，确保出品符合餐厅标准。 2、严格执行食品安全与卫生操作规范，对冷荤原料的储存、加工及成品保存进行全程把控，杜绝食品安全隐患。 3、合理规划冷荤原料使用，控制成本，减少浪费，定期检查库存并及时申购补充所需食材。 4、负责专用工具、砧板、容器的日常消毒工作，保持操作台、冰柜、烤箱等设备及工作区域的清洁卫生。 5、配合食品检验部门完成菜品抽查及留样工作，确保所有出品符合卫生安全标准。 6、根据季节变化及宾客需求，参与新冷菜品的研发与菜单更新。 【岗位要求】 1、中专及以上学历，持有健康证，年龄18-50岁，身体健康，能适应高强度工作。 2、3年以上酒店或餐饮行业冷菜间工作经验，熟悉冷荤制作流程及卫生标准。 3、掌握各类冷菜制作技艺（如卤味、凉拌、刺身拼盘等），具备独立出品能力。 4、责任心强，工作细致，严格遵守操作规范，具备食品安全风险防范意识。 5、吃苦耐劳，团队协作意识强，能配合厨房其他岗位完成运营任务。

Carry out vacuuming of carpets in public areas. 6. Clean fabric furniture in guest rooms and polish bathroom floors. 7. Maintain and service cleaning and washing equipment. 8.Complete other reasonably assigned duties and tasks by superiors.
