Reconciles all transactions at the close of each shift of both own and the Guest Relations Officer. Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests. 1.按照行李服务流程和要求，为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，并将每次运送情况做好记录；  2.协助做好大堂寻人服务和在大堂放置各类告示牌，及时撤换过期的告示牌并搬至指定的存放地点；  3.按照服务流程迎送客人，提供拉门服务；  4.维护出入车辆秩序，保证上下客车位和车道畅通；  5.准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作； 6.熟悉酒店各种服务项目和营业时间，向客人推销酒店的各项服务，介绍酒店客房设施。了解本市交通、商业、旅游等方面资料； 7.随时听从接待员的召唤，迅速接受带房任务及为客提供物品转接服务；  8.为客人指路，认真回答客人的询问，尽量满足客人的需求；  9.负责分送邮件、报刊、报表、留言单及前厅通知等，并按规定登记和办理签收手续；  10.受理客人行李寄存及领取，并做好详细的存取记录；  11.协助大堂副理维持大堂秩序，控制好大堂内外的灯光。  任职资格：  1.身体健康，形象良好； 2.普通话标准，有一定英语基础； 3.有良好的客户服务意识；  4.持健康证上岗；  5.有相关工作经验者优先考虑。

岗位职责 1、主要负责酒店的旅游团队销售工作，做好产品推介，达成协议合作； 2、维护好所负责市场内已有的合作销售渠道，解决需求及痛点问题，优化双方合作细节及效率； 3、致力拓展新渠道，努力提高酒店入住率，确保每月业绩目标达成； 4、为所负责市场做好市场及竞争对手的调研分析及预测，策划营销计划并执行实施。 任职要求： 1、高中及以上学历； 2、2年以上酒店团队销售经验优先； 3、有较强服务意识和较强市场分析能力，有丰富的市场营销策划经验，熟悉行业市场发展现状； 4、具有优秀的营销技巧，较强的市场策划能力和运作能力，能积极面对工作挑战。 薪资：底薪（6.5-7.5K）+提成，根据个人业绩表现，月平均工资可达10000-15000，上不封顶。

1.根据营业状况，负责安排当日冷菜品种及重点时令冷菜的制作。 2.每天检查冰箱内冷菜及原料的质量，按照原料先进先出的原则，力求当天制作的冷菜当天用完。 3.严格控制冷菜的剩余量，以防因存放时间过长而变质。 4.制订计划购买原料，严格控制冷菜的成本费用。 5.爱护并正确使用各种实施及工具，节约用水用电及日常消耗品的使用，发现设施设备损坏、出现故障等情况，及时上报。 任职资格： 1.心理健康，身体健康。 2.有厨师等级证书、餐饮工作经验两年以上者优先。 3.能吃苦耐劳、为人和善、顾全大局，有任劳任怨的精神； 4.保证好冷菜出品的及时性，口味符合要求，装盘及造型符合规定要求，确保冷菜食品的卫生安全。 5.持健康证上岗。 本岗位需试菜，具体薪资根据试菜结果定。

岗位职责 1、按操作程序和工艺要求烹制各种菜肴，负责热菜的装盘及出品。 2、正确使用及妥善保管好剩余调味品。 3、监督菜品的质量、负责检查菜肴味、色、量及盘饰摆设是否清爽 美观等情况，对不符合质量标准的菜品应及时退回。 4、提供调味品的申购并负责验收。 5、做好工作区域内环境、设施设备的清洁卫生及安全工作。 任职资格： 1.中专以上学历，有3年以上酒店相关工作经验，擅长本帮菜、粤菜、川菜； 2.有相关厨师等级证书； 3.持健康证上岗。

1. 品质把控：监督部门工作流程与服务标准，达成宾客体验指数（GEI）目标，妥善处理舆情及客诉；管控工程设备、PA保养流程，降低成本，提升服务质量；规范客房人员服务质量，确保客房氛围符合品牌标准。 2. 业绩管控：依据酒店经营指标制定部门计划并监督落地；精准掌握房态，高效组织清房；严格管控布草、客耗品、清洁及维修物料成本与消耗记录。 3. 安全管理：规范处理宾客遗留物品；排查特殊客房安全隐患，严守钥匙管理制度；及时上报安全隐患与设备问题，压实部门安全责任。 4. 团队建设：搭建人才梯队，开展业务培训，制定并监督绩效考核方案，高效完成领导交办的其他任务 。
