岗位职责 1.代表总经理主持酒店夜间的经营管理活动，对酒店总经理负责，并报告工作。 2.负责协调和督促各部门做好夜间的各种工作。协调夜间各部门的工作关系，处理和解决发生的各种问题和突发的各类事件。 3.代表总经理接待和迎送夜间到离店的重要宾客，检查有关部门做好服务工作。 4.负责酒店夜间的质量管理工作。 5.编写“夜间工作日记”，记录当天工作的重要情况，发现的问题及处理的意见和结果，及时递交总经理阅示。 岗位要求 1.中专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验3年以上。 2.懂得酒店管理一般理论知识和酒店管理制度和工作规范。 3.熟悉各种应急预案的内容和程序，了解接待礼仪、礼节。 4.熟悉外事纪律，了解旅游法规，懂得治安、消防条例等法律、法规等基本知识。 5.具有较强的组织、指挥、协调和控制等方面的管理能力，能处理宾客投诉和突发事件。 6.会撰写本职范围内的应用文，语言清晰。 7.能用一种外语与宾客流利交流。

一、岗位基本信息 1.岗位名称：总经理助理（分管销售） 2.直接上级：酒店总经理 3.直接下级：销售部全体员工 二、主要岗位职责 （一）经营指标统筹与落地 4.协助总经理拆解酒店年度、季度、月度营收、入住率、平均房价、Revpar等各项经营指标，结合酒店运营现状制定合理的销售目标与推进计划。 5.将整体销售指标精细化拆分，落实到销售部每一位在岗员工，明确个人考核指标、工作任务与完成时限，全程跟进指标进度，确保酒店整体经营指标达成。 6.定期向总经理汇报销售数据、业绩进度、工作难点及整改方案，提供真实、精准的经营数据参考，辅助总经理制定酒店经营战略。 （二）销售部全面运营管理 7.体系搭建优化：负责搭建并完善酒店标准化客源体系，梳理散客、协议客户、政企单位、团队、OTA、长住客等全渠道客源结构，结合市场变化持续优化客源占比，规避客源单一风险，提升优质客源占比与客户稳定性。 8.价格体系搭建：根据酒店定位、淡旺季、市场行情、竞品价格，建立科学、完整、可落地的酒店房价及产品价格体系，规范各类渠道售价、折扣权限、套餐价格，严格管控价格体系执行，杜绝乱价、低价乱销问题，保障酒店营收利润。 9.销售方案策划执行：实时结合市场动态、节假日节点、酒店房态库存、竞品活动，灵活制定日常销售方案、节假日营销活动、淡季拓客方案、存量客户激活方案等，全程负责方案的落地推进、过程监督、效果复盘，及时优化调整营销策略。 （三）销售团队管理与考核 10.全面负责销售部日常管理工作，制定部门管理制度、工作流程、考勤规范，统筹部门日常工作安排、人员排班、日常督导。 11.建立完善的销售员工绩效考核体系，围绕业绩指标、客户维护、工作执行力、客户满意度、拓客成果等维度制定考核标准，常态化开展员工考核、绩效核算、奖惩落实工作。 12.负责销售团队的培训与赋能，定期开展销售技巧、客户谈判、客源维护、价格政策、竞品分析等专项培训，提升团队整体业务能力、拓客能力与服务专业度，打造高效销售团队。 （四）市场调研与市场开拓 13.常态化开展本地酒店竞品调研工作，全面掌握周边同档次酒店的房价体系、营销活动、客源渠道、优惠政策、服务亮点及短板，定期输出竞品分析报告，为酒店销售策略调整提供依据。 14.主动开拓本地政企单位、企业公司、旅行社、团建机构、会务公司等新客源渠道，拓展商务订房、团队住房、会议宴会、团建套餐等业务，持续扩大酒店市场占有率。 15.维护酒店存量核心客户资源，定期开展客户回访、客情维护工作，挖掘老客户二次消费、转介绍资源，提升客户复购率与忠诚度。 三、任职资格要求 （一）学历专业 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。 （二）工作经验及能力要求 16.5年以上高星酒店销售管理工作经验； 17.熟悉高星酒店房餐会销售运营模式、客源渠道、价格管理体系，具备本地市场拓客资源者优先。 18.具备优秀的市场分析、营销策划、方案落地能力，能独立制定各类销售活动方案并推动执行； 19.具备较强的团队管理、绩效考核、人员培训能力，擅长搭建销售团队管理体系； 20.拥有良好的商务谈判、客情维护、市场开拓能力，熟悉酒店协议、团队、OTA等全渠道运营逻辑； 21.数据敏感度高，擅长拆解经营指标、复盘销售数据，具备较强的问题解决能力与抗压能力； 22.熟练使用办公软件，可独立完成报表制作、方案撰写、数据分析工作。 23.责任心强、执行力高，具备较强的目标感和结果导向，抗压能力优秀，善于统筹规划、高效落地各项工作，认同酒店企业文化。
