一、岗位职责 1.统筹客房部日常运营，制定工作计划与服务标准，管控客房清洁、布草、耗材等成本，确保高效运转； 2. 监督客房清洁质量、设施设备完好度，组织客房巡检，排查安全隐患，保障客房服务达标； 3. 管理客房部团队，负责排班、培训、绩效评估，搭建人才梯队，提升员工专业技能与服务意识； 4. 处理客房相关客诉（如卫生问题、设施故障等），优化服务流程，提升宾客满意度； 5. 对接前厅、工程、餐饮等部门，协同完成房态确认、维修跟进、团队入住接待等工作； 6. 负责布草、客房用品的采购计划制定与库存管理，确保物资充足且合理损耗； 7. 完成上级交办的其他专项工作。 二、招聘要求： 1. 28-42岁，男女不限，大专及以上学历，酒店管理等相关专业优先； 2. 3年以上中高端酒店客房管理经验，国际品牌酒店从业者优先； 3. 精通客房服务SOP，熟悉客房清洁标准、布草管理及设施设备维护流程； 4. 具备团队管理、成本管控能力，能妥善处理客诉与突发事务； 5. 熟练使用办公软件，具备基础英语沟通能力，熟悉乐山本地酒店市场者优先； 6. 能接受轮班（含节假日），服务意识强，抗压能力佳，注重细节与责任心 三、薪酬待遇： 1、底薪标准6000-8000元\月+绩效奖金3000-7000\月（根据任务完成情况对应不同的奖金标准）； 2、完成年度目标任务后，超额部分利润可以给予比例分成； 3、基础福利：月休4天+法定假日、五险、员工住宿、工作餐。

一、基本要求 1.年龄 28-40 岁，男女不限，大专及以上学历，身体健康，能适应茶府工作节奏； 2.无不良职业记录，为人踏实诚恳，沟通表达能力强，熟悉乐山本地休闲消费市场者优先； 3.必须有2年以上大型茶楼、咖啡吧、酒店大堂吧或 KTV 等门店的全职管理经验，能提供过往经营业绩（如客流量提升、营收增长、客户留存率等）； 4.能独立制定茶府月度 / 季度经营计划，合理调整产品结构、定价策略，优化库存管理，控制运营成本； 5.擅长客户维护，能建立客户档案，通过日常跟进、节日问候、需求响应等方式稳住老客；主动挖掘新客资源； 6.能策划茶府引流活动（如工作日特惠、周末主题活动、包场服务），懂抖音、小红书等新媒体推广，或线下异业合作拓客； 7.做事认真负责，能亲自盯服务细节、抓活动落地，不推诿、不搞虚功，带领团队高效执行 二、薪酬待遇 1、月薪5500-6500 元 / 月（基本工资 + 绩效奖金）。 2、完成年度目标任务后，超额部分利润可以给予比例分成。 3、基础福利：月休4天+法定假日、五险、节日福利、员工住宿、工作餐。

岗位职责 全面负责公司婚宴、寿宴及高端社餐的市场营销工作，制定并执行年度、季度及月度营销计划，达成业绩目标； 深入分析市场趋势与客户需求，精准定位目标客户群体，策划并落地具有创意与吸引力的主题营销活动，提升品牌知名度与市场占有率。 维护并拓展客户资源，建立长期稳定的客户合作关系，提供个性化服务方案，提升客户满意度与忠诚度，促进客户二次消费及口碑传播。 管理并带领营销团队，制定团队目标与绩效考核标准，组织专业培训与经验分享，提升团队整体业务能力与执行力。 与餐饮、策划、设计等部门紧密协作，确保营销活动与产品服务无缝衔接，为客户打造高品质宴会体验。 定期进行市场调研与竞品分析，收集行业动态与客户反馈，及时调整营销策略，保持市场竞争力。 任职要求 具有 3 年以上餐饮行业营销工作经验，2 年以上婚宴、寿宴或高端餐饮营销管理经验，熟悉宴会市场运营模式与客户需求。 良好的商务谈判与沟通能力，能够与客户、合作伙伴及内部团队进行高效沟通与协作。 具备良好的行业资源与客户人脉者优先。

任职条件： 1、20-30周岁，男女不限 2、学历 大专以上（可接受应届生） 3、有1年工作经验【四星/五星酒店工作经历，有国际品牌酒店经历】学历      可适当放宽。 身高：男 170cm 及以上；女160cm及以上 福利： 1、月休6-8天，享有国家法定节假日。 2、加班补贴，提成另计。 工作时间： 三班倒（月休6-8天），早班：7:30—16:00；中班：15:00—23:30；晚班23:30—7:30 岗位概述： 1. 确保自己的服饰、发型、淡妆、装饰等仪容仪表方面全部符合华美达品牌要求； 2. 随时保持前台工作区域的整洁和有序； 3. 查看交班记录并签字，了解上一班次的移交事项，负责跟进处理并备注和回复完成情况； 4. 主动与前台主管沟通，分担任务，执行主管安排的其他工作； 5. 查看邮件信息，及时分享内容，重要邮件需要打印出来并交班； 6. 全面了解标准的预订工作程序，含OTA后台程序； 7. 熟知所有特别促销活动，例如：季节性主题活动、常客优惠计划以及温德姆酒店集团忠实方案； 8. 随时关注预定预离情况，了解客情，能直接以姓名尊称酒店常客/VIP/长住客，尽量记住酒店客人的姓； 9. 熟悉酒店客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取好的经济效益； 10. 熟悉房间各房型及房价、房间特点、房间配置看，能熟练为客人介绍销售房间； 11. 熟练前台各项专业技能，能快速为客人办理入住退房等各项服务； 12. 熟练掌握酒店信息和城市信息，随时为客人提供咨询服务； 13. 能及时解决客人疑问，不能解决及时反馈汇报给前台主管或者值班经理避免客人投诉； 14. 做到微笑服务不仅让客人感受到受欢迎，同时显示了你自信的魅力。

1、男女不限，45岁以下，专科及以上学历，酒店管理、市场营销等相关专业优先；                      2、8年以上酒店运营管理经验，3 年以上同级别（运营总监 / 副总）岗位经验，高星级或国际品牌连锁酒店经验优先，熟悉本地酒店市场者优先； 3、酒店销售岗出生，具备销售、客房、前厅三大核心部门全面管理经验，精通各部门运营流程； 4、擅长 OTA 平台（美团、携程等）运营及线上营销，有线上业绩提升案例； 5、具备市场洞察力、团队管理及数据分析能力，能推动经营指标达成。抗压能力极强，能承受经营指标压力，高效应对运营突发情况；沟通协调、决策及执行力优秀，诚信负责，认同酒店经营理念； 6、熟悉本地市场资源、有 OTA 深度合作及业绩突围经验者优先； 7、该岗位如能完全适应，后期将有直接晋升为店总岗位的机会，如有同档次酒店1年以上总经理经验者更优； 8、薪资：底薪10000-14000+绩效奖金4000-8000（根据业绩完成情况对应不同绩效奖金标准）+利润分成（条件优秀者还可面议）；提供员工餐和住宿。 9、该岗位须到酒店现场面试，如不能接受现场面试的请勿扰!!!

一、 岗位职责 1、负责管理本酒店各区域绿化养护、浇水等工作，懂得绿化养护知识，合理裁剪、绿化，施肥，保证绿植物正常生长，不萎蔫。 2、合理制定绿化养护计划。 3、兼顾日常酒店外围的环境保洁打扫工作，保持酒店外围卫生干净。 4、定期制定蚊虫消杀计划。 5、完成上级安排的其他工作。 二、任职要求 1、文化程度：初中及以上学历。 2、工作经历：有1年以上园林绿化、草坪维修、树木修建等工作经验。 3、为人诚实，责任心强，吃苦耐劳。
