This role reports directly to the Director of Housekeeping and plays a key leadership role in supporting Floor Manager, Laundry and Public Area teams to deliver consistently exceptional standards throughout the hotel.   YOUR ROLE As Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you will support the Director of Housekeeping in maintaining an impeccably clean, well‑organized, and guest‑ready environment across the entire property. You will help drive operational excellence by ensuring departmental standards, policies, and procedures are consistently upheld, while coaching and guiding the housekeeping team to perform at the highest level. In joint efforts making Mei Bar a dynamic nightlife destination focused on elevated service, entertainment, and guest engagement.   YOUR ROLE As Assistant Manager of Mei Bar, you will support the Director of Mei Bar in overseeing all aspects of Mei Bar’s daily operations, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, team leadership, and revenue growth. You will play an active, highly visible role on the floor, building meaningful relationships with guests, developing a strong customer database, and driving repeat business through engagement and promotions. This position works closely with the Assistant Manager – Outlet and leads a team of Captains and Waiters/Waitresses, ensuring seamless daily operations, strong teamwork, and consistently high service standards within the outlet. YOUR ROLE As Team Leader – Outlet, you are a hands-on leader on the floor, responsible for bringing Rosewood’s service philosophy to life. You will supervise daily outlet operations, inspire and develop your team, and ensure every guest interaction is thoughtful, personalized, and memorable. Working closely with your manager and collaborating with other departments, you will contribute directly to guest satisfaction, team engagement, and the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation.
