电工：维修保养酒店所有的配电系统、照明系统及电力设施 1.熟知供配电系统 2.熟知电机及各类电器设备之功能操作、程序知识、安装检查、测试和维修保养方法 3.熟知电器安全措施及守则 4.识电气原理图 空调工：维护与维修所有空调系统与设备 1.精通冷冻机的构造。 2. 精通管道配送系统(供冷及供热)。 3.精通冬季/夏季隔离阀，区域控制阀门。 4.精通新风机组及风机盘管位置。

中厨房二打荷。确保正当搬运和储存生熟食物，把浪费率减低；每天工作中，认知并履行丽思卡尔顿酒店的哲学内涵，黄金标准，优质服务三步骤和12条服务信念；维护所有厨房设备好状态，若有需要时，指示主管对其进行保养维修。

中厨房二炒锅。负责出品高质量的食品，以高效率的人事管理方式管辖属下员工，把超时加班工作降低，保持食物干净卫生，并鼓舞员工的创新思考

根据客人的需要满足客人的需求，并能预见客人所需的服务。根据酒店标准执行和运用服务和管理哲学。

及时的、礼貌的、有效率的提供优质理疗服务或沙龙服务给客人。

点菜和酒水；领取和服务酒精和非酒精饮料和菜式给客人；礼貌的、迅速地对房间对客进行服务，餐桌服务或特殊餐饮服务。收取付款。协助维修进餐房间的装饰和器具。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店正常运作并在总经理及酒店行政管理人员不在的情况下，做出各项决策。 2、监视酒店的所有领域，确保遵守适当的标准并遵循服务三步骤的服务知识以便更好的驱动酒店的运作服务。 3、密切监测房间情况

客户关系部员工必须提供温暖而有礼貌的客户服务．主要工作包括提供个人，友善，高效率地帮助客人在房间里办理入住手续．员工也必须持续表现出百分百的可靠性，每一次都提供高水准的服务

负责食物酒水的点单；为客人服务酒精/非酒精饮料和食物。根据餐厅的特殊情况直接服务和指挥员工服务客人。检查账单，协助餐厅区域的维修和设备保养。

负责维修保养管道及阀门:包括内部冷热水供应系统，保证排水系统的正常运行。负责酒店洗衣房及厨房各类设施设备的日常巡检、故障维修与定期维护，确保设备持续稳定运行，保障洗衣房、厨房正常运营秩序。
