Master commonly used domestic phone numbers, area codes, and understand the distribution of extension lines and the maintenance knowledge of telephone systems. 5.对总机房员工转接有困难以及重要客人的电话,亲自负责处理,提供准确高效的服务。Personally handle calls that are difficult for switchboard employees to transfer and calls from important guests, providing accurate and efficient service. 6.配合前厅部的日常运营、运作。Assist with the daily operations and functions of the front office department. 7.对酒店发生意外事故、火警、盗窃、急病等事故按规定程序通知相关部门。In case of accidents, fire alarms, theft, sudden illness, or other emergencies in the hotel, notify the relevant departments according to the prescribed procedures.
