岗位名称： 中厨房厨师（砧板、上什、切配等工种） 西厨房厨师（冷菜、热菜、饼房等工种） 日厨房厨师（寿司、铁板烧等工种） 岗位职责： 1.熟悉本岗位工作及操作流程，各项应急救援的处理程序，认真遵守酒店各项管理规定及食品安全管理规定。 2.协助各厨房主管做好厨房食品安全验收、检查、加工、烹调制作和出品等工作工作。 3.负责厨房卫生清理工作。 4.做好各项食材使用，控制食品成本，合理使用各种原料，减少浪费。 5.做好各项设备设施的维护和保养。 6.结束营业后，做好煤水电气各项设备的安全关闭和检查。 职位描述： 1.中技以上文化程度。 2.熟悉工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。 3.了解食品卫生法，能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作。
