您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，协助保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 协助餐厅经理按照餐厅的经营理念及凯悦酒店集团的标准来管理指定餐厅，使之成为成功的独立盈利中心，并在严格按预算范围经营的同时，一定程度地提高顾客满意度，并确保餐厅盈利。 You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.   To assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. 拥有酒店或旅游管理领域的本科专科学历或学徒经历；两年酒店或大型高级餐厅的餐厅副经理或领班工作经验。 Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

1、 负责写字楼招商租赁工作，制定并落实写字楼招商策略，完成写字楼招商目标； 2、 负责写字楼客户的开发拓展、接待、合同洽谈与签署； 3、 负责写字楼中介的日常拜访与维护工作。 任职要求： 1、 拥有丰富的销售或者招商工作经验，行业不限； 2、 3年以上工作经验； 3、 具有良好的沟通与谈判能力； 4、 拥有良好的西安本地社会资源优先； 5、 具有写字楼、商业招商或者酒店宴会、客房、餐饮销售工作或者政府招商部门同等工作岗位履历优先； 6、 985、211院校、或者拥有硕士学位优先； 7、 吃苦耐劳，具有良好的工作习惯； 8、 熟练掌握各种办公软件。
