【岗位职责】 负责前厅部日常运营全流程管理，精通服务设施功能，保障服务高效有序。 制定前厅服务标准与培训计划，定期考核复盘，契合万豪品牌服务规范。 深耕客房收益管理，协同制定定价与促销策略，提升出租率与单房收益。 优化前厅组织架构与人力配置，督导下属工作，解决现场运营问题。 搭建宾客关系维护与投诉处理体系，监管线上网评，维护品牌口碑。 处置各类应急突发事件，协同跨部门协作，保障运营顺畅与宾客权益。  【任职要求】 大专及以上学历，酒店管理等相关专业优先，3 年以上国际品牌酒店同岗经验。 精通前厅经营管理逻辑，熟练掌握服务标准与流程，能全面监管部门工作。 具备强烈责任感与敬业精神，高效贯彻战略部署，完成部门计划指标。 英语听说读写流利，拥有出色的协调管理、人际交往与问题解决能力。 完全掌握 Opera、GXP 等万豪系统，熟练使用 Office 办公软件。 认同万豪品牌文化，职业操守良好，服务意识强。 良好的身体素质，能适跨部门支援协作，有较强的抗压能力。

严格按照配电操作规程，负责配电设备的运行维护，严守配电房值班、交接班和人员进出配电 的有关规定，杜绝闲杂人员进入配电房，确保配电房设备安全运行。 按照配电设备维修保养规程，进行日常维修和例行保养。 坚守岗位，定期巡视配电运行仪表，认真抄写各种报表和运行记录。 负责做好配电房的安全防范措施，如门、窗、消防器材等，同时做好防范工作，确保安全运行。 当发生停电事件时，要立即与供电部门联系，问明停电原因和恢复时间，并做好准确记录。 负责客房内的 PMM 工作 负责维修及所有墙面，地板、外墙、天花板和设备的内外瓷漆或乳胶漆的上漆，以配合现有的未道漆。 负责门，窗，木材板和家具物品的上漆。 负责所有表面在油漆或上漆之前的准备工作。 根据要求进行设备，家具或相关表面的喷漆。 负责维修损坏/破裂的表面，其包括混凝土、抹灰、石雕、预制切块体、墙壁和地板瓷砖及大理石制品。 负责维修/安装乙烯塑料地板，假天花板。 负责酒店内的维修工作，包括酒店的任何新的补充/扩展或酒店维修的任何物业事项。 参加酒店节能计划。
