1、管理部门的餐饮销售和市场活动，推广和开发新产品和服务，监督和评估市场策略的发展。 2、分配工作给部门领导，领导和团队成员，以确保进守酒店的政策和既定的操作程序。 3、检查监督所有的服务和摆设。 4、定期视察以确保房间、事物的质量和摆设。 5、确保所有设备已就绪。 6、对菜单、酒水、特色菜和促销产品有清晰的认识。 7、确保管理团队成员的职责和花名册是准确的，以满足运营需要。 8、对所有部门实施每目或每月的检查表，以确保适当的跟进，以达到高质量和效率。通过培训所有团队成员并监督其进守，确保所有标准操作程序和法规得到遵守。 9、监控客人在携程、大众点评、美团等社交媒体平台上的反馈，分析并不断努力通过调查、分析和改进服务水平质量。 10、参与准备部门年度预算与财务计划重点通过监控食品酒水成本控制人力成本控制破损、丢失、报提和各项费用。 11、确保所有餐饮场所及设施设备的整洁、除尘到位，并根据预期业务量储备库存。若有任向维修需求立即告知工程部，让各厅并相应跟进。 12、制定井达成质景目标与宾客满意度目标。礼貌、迅速高效地对所有宾客提出的问题、投诉或要求予以响应确保宾客到非常满意。 13、与行政总厨一起筹划和设计菜单，开发当地需求的餐饮产品。 14、执行总经理下达的工作任务。

【岗位职责】 1、负责制定酒店年度市场销售计划，包括客房销售、餐饮销售和宴会销售策略及计划； 2、负责带领团队完成酒店的销售任务指标和营销方案策划与实施工作。通过有效的营销策略提升酒店知名度与美誉度，提高客户满意度并扩大市场份额； 3、根据市场动态及时调整价格策略以适应市场需求变化，确保收益目标达成 ； 4. 负责组织市场调研活动以了解竞争对手情况 ，为制定合理可行的市场推广方案提供数据支持 。同时关注行业动态发展趋势及时调整经营思路以满足客户需求变化 ； 5 、协助总经理做好客户关系的维护与发展规划工作以及对外商务洽谈合作等事宜的推进落实执行效果评估反馈等工作内容安排部署实施细节把控到位； 6、完成上级交办的其他任务事项处理汇报总结分析改进优化建议提出并实施跟踪监督执行情况及时反馈给相关部门负责人进行整改完善提升整体运营水平质量效率效益成果展现； 7、对下属员工进行培训指导考核激励管理以确保团队稳定高效运转达到预期业绩要求标准。
