    1、 根据酒店的有关规定和要求,有效地检验物品,质量标准;检验到货物品的数量、质量、规格等各项内容是否达标;对于不符合酒店采购程序的货品,不得收货; 2、 按照采购单内容和数量,办理验收手续;负责酒店所采购的物品的质量、数量等是否与采购单一致; 3、 负责在财务软件系统做好每日收货记录; 4、 验收后的物资,必须按类别,固定位置堆放、摆放,注意留好通道,做到整齐,美观; 5、 发货时按照先进先出的原则严格审核领用手续是否齐全,严格验收审批人的签名式样,对于手续不全者一律拒发,领货手续不全不发货;如有特殊原因需得到有关领导批准方可出库; 6、 发货时,必须与领货人当面点清,对离库后的短少、残损,库房不负任何责任; 7、 对于仓库积压物资和部门长期不领用的物品,要及时反映并催促各有关部门尽早处理。要经常检查货物的保质期,及时与使用部门沟通与协调,争取做到在保质期内将其消耗完毕; 8、 物品出库和入库要及时登记造帐,保持账物相符;以便随时查核; 9、 做好月底仓库盘点手续,及时结出月末库存数; 10、 负责原材料购进的账务处理和会计核算确保存货核算的准确、完整和及时性,提供相关分析数据; 11、 负责每月直拨原材料入账工作; 12、 负责每月出库的账务处理工作; 13、 跟进各部门调拨单、宴请单整理,检查手续是否齐全,以及入账; 14、 负责每季度低值易耗品及每半年固定资产的盘点工作; 完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
