【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店整体销售策略的制定与执行，完成公司下达的销售目标及业绩指标； 2、开拓并维护客户资源，包括但不限于企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台等，建立长期稳定的合作关系； 3、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，及时调整销售策略，提升酒店市场占有率； 4、统筹管理销售团队，制定销售计划并监督执行，确保团队高效运作； 5、参与酒店价格政策的制定，优化收益管理，提高客房及宴会等产品的营收能力； 6、定期提交销售报告及市场分析，为管理层提供决策支持； 7、协调与其他部门（如前厅、餐饮、财务等）的协作，确保客户需求得到高效落实。 【岗位要求】 1、具备较强的市场敏锐度及商业谈判能力，能够独立开发客户并促成合作； 2、优秀的团队管理能力，能够带领销售团队完成业绩目标； 3、熟悉酒店行业运营模式及销售流程，有相关工作经验者优先； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够通过市场数据制定有效的销售策略； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力及客户服务意识，能够处理复杂客户关系；
