1. Follow hostess opening & closing checklist thoroughly. 按照领位开档和收档的检查表检查工作。 2. Check in servers and other associates for uniform. 检查服务员和其他员工的制服。 3. Check on every table to ensure that it is clean, spotless and fully setup and that all silverware and glassware is spotless before any guests are seated at the table. 此职位为短期帮工，帮工时间如下： 1、饼房 4月8日-4月16日 2、西厨冷房 4月10日-4月16日 以上两个岗位35元/小时，日结，需有经验！无经验勿扰！！！

1.健全各种问讯资料。 2.掌握客房预订情况，向部门经理报告重要团体和客人的订房情况，检查VIP通知单的发送情况，负责VIP接待工作的落实。 3.处理总台工作中的差错，处理宾客有关投诉。 4.负责总台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作，及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作。 5.检查每日的报表是否有误，并及时纠正。 6.建立良好的宾客关系，努力增加客房销售。

1.查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理； 2.熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来电的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动； 3.熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益； 4.熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务； 5.熟练掌握店内信息，提供准确的问讯服务； 6.负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续； 7.负责客房钥匙的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度； 8.制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。

1、协助餐饮总监在确保平稳运行,有利可图的餐饮操作框架内的酒店。 2、负责提供培训和资源来照顾我们的客人。 3、协助制定和实施标准、政策和程序的食品服务、餐馆和酒水区域。 4、实现高标准整个食品和饮料操作,执行万豪的“品牌标准”。 5、辅助开发并执行计划和行动,改进、销售的餐饮产品。 6、协助总监负责制定和实施酒店的营业计划 7、协助餐饮总监在发展中，监控并采取纠正措施的年度预算，通过: Ø   控制成本 Ø   提高收入 Ø  审核损益报表 8、管理和协调活动和功能的餐饮销售队伍的完善和推动销售到所有的餐饮。 9、协助餐饮总监在餐饮部创建、统筹和实施有效的促销，提高客户满意度和人数和收入。 10、协助餐饮总监负责监控和采取纠正行动加以改善客户满意度(GSS)在所有餐饮区域的

1、为客人提供专业的足浴、按摩服务，确保服务质量和客户满意度 2、熟练掌握各类按摩手法和技巧 3、保持工作区域的整洁卫生，严格遵守服务流程和操作规范 4、积极向客人推荐店内其他服务项目，提升客户消费体验 5、每日出勤补贴+项目提成 【岗位要求】 1、具备基本的足浴按摩知识和技能，有相关工作经验者优先 2、服务意识强，具有良好的沟通能力和亲和力 3、无不良嗜好，遵守职业道德和公司规章制度

具体职责： 1、专职前台大夜班； 2、按操作流程接受客人的预定、入住、收费、离店以及询问等工作； 3、高效率的办理入住和退房及完整的入录客人资料； 4、负责编制收银员缴款日报，确保账单，缴款单和收银员缴款日报一致；做好钱柜交接班手续和情况记录； 5、稽核在店客人房租、账目是否准确，并及时做出相应的处理。
